Hi Cathe,
I hurt my foot on Jan. 21. I got off the treadmill and heard a crack with pain and it hasn't been the same every since. I've been able to do the treadmill incline walking and the elliptical. The foot doctor said that low-imact or no impact would be OK. She also said, "No lunges and squats." I just had an ultrasound on my foot and am waiting for the results on that. The dr. doing the scan said that he saw "something" in there, but deep down (on the top of my foot where it flexes). He wouldn't tell me what he thinks it is. :-(
I saw your reply in another thread about exercises you have been doing for your legs to avoid atrophy. Could you share them?
I have been using GSL & PLB floor work a lot. I have no problems doing those.
TIA!
Dallas
PS - Sending healing vibes your way!
