Your Old Videos

Hi Cathe,
I was wondering if your company still sells older videos that you made. I asked in a thread earlier about some with a beach setting and I would love to purchase them. Your workouts are the best and I would love to add them to my collection of your tapes. Hope all is well and looking very forward to your new tapes.

Hi Joanne,

I think I read in some other thread that they don't sell them anymore because they are outdated. You might try Ebay though, it seems I saw an older Cathe video there (that isn't for sale from this site) called Cardio Step Challenge... something like that. Just a thought.

I have a copy of Rock Bottoms by Cathe if you would like to buy it from me. I would ask $9.50 for it and that includes media mail shipping. (media mail shipping takes around 10 days). If you are used to Cathe's later weight training videos like MIS or PS, you may find this video a little too easy. Just want you to know that it's not quite as hard as her later videos. Also it's a very old video and it jumps a tiny bit here and there. This didn't bother me in the least and I doubt you could find a completely flawless copy now since it's several years old.
