Your favorite weight lifting DVD

I am looking to buy one (or more) DVDs from Cathe that are purely weight training. Can anyone rank their favorites? (PUB/PUL, PS, SH, Power Hour etc.).

I'm so new to the world of Cathe, so haven't used many of them yet. I have used the Pyramids and absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE them both! I have Slow & Heavy on the way now and will probably try Muscle Endurance this weekend, so maybe be able to give more info after that. I HAVE previewed it twice and know I will like that one as well.

I think it depends if you want more strength or endurance. If it is Strength I would go with PS series or PUB/PLB. Both are excellent. S&H can be very mentally challenging because of the slow reps and 1 minute rest periods, and Cathe usually recommends doing these for only about 3 weeks to shake things up.
For muscle Endurance you could go with PH or ME. I like Muscle Endurance better than PH, but they are both excellent.

Get the Power Hour DVD. You also get MIS and Bodymax on this DVD. MIS is a very good full body strength/endurance workout. Cathe does lots of rep for each bodypart, but the weights she uses are higher than in her other full body workouts. Power Hour is a great endurance workout, and Bodymax includes cardio. It's a lot of varied workouts for your money!

I have to second this recommendation. I recently purchased this DVD (I already had Pure Strength, PUB/PLB, and Muscle Endurance) but I have to say right now I am in LOVE with Power Hour! I have been doing this workout twice a week for the past three weeks (and I have to stop myself from doing it more). The workout just flies by- the music is awesome- the shoulder section is the best! I used to hate endurance workouts and would concentrate on strength building exclusively, but I think PH is one of my all-time favorites. I haven't even gotten around to trying MIS or Body Max.

I love the Pyramid workouts...but I want to purchase Pure Strength and Slow & Heavy one of these days.:7
 
Slow & Heavy without a doubt although I love the Pyramids too. I haven't got the Pure Strength series yet so can't compare it but I think the Slow & Heavy workouts will still be my favourites. They do terrific things for my body and really blast the fat.

I wonder what the people who have the Body Blast series already, prefer? I can't wait to get my DVDs :)

Thanks for everyone's suggestions. I have ME coming in the mail, and will probably get the PUB/PLB and either PS DVD or Power Hour DVD.

I did what people suggested on another post and started selling some of my older videos I don't use and already made enough to buy some DVDs!!

Hands down, Pure Stength. Check out Videofitness.com where 2 of the three workouts made the Hall of Fame and the other made favorite. It's a perfect workout series for strength training, IMHO.
