Your favorite TOTAL BODY weights workout?

I have tossed this one around and around, but I love Power Hour!

I think its the fun shoulder workout and the legs manage to get a good burn also........

Whats yours?
 
I agree with you Power Hour is one of my favorites. I also like Pyramid Upper Body & Lower on DVD I love the bonus workout.

oohh reba this may be a tough one. i like the shoulder routine in power for sure, but i love MIS leg work and BodyMax upper body. i had ME on vhs but that broke a while ago. but i like the how the exercises were arranged. and SuperSets and PushPull are good for lighter days for me and i like the use of ball.

i have been no help have i LOL. i don't really have a favorite one workout but maybe mixing up favorite parts of each video could make an awesome workout LOL

Muscle Endurance.....

I like most of Cathe's total body workouts, but Muscle Endurance was the one that lifted my BUTT up off the FLOOR!!! No joke. So I will always be partial to this full body workout....;-)

Muscle Endurance I love. I have the best results with the lower body portion and it goes by so fast. I also love Muscle Max. Shoot, they are all good.

Currently it is MM but in the past it has been PH and I know when I pull out MIS and do it I think what a wonderful full body weight woerkout that was and end up doing it again for a while.

Muscle Endurance! I really like PH as well, but right now it's muscle endurance, I like how the workout is set up. Time flies by and it's fun!

I really like Muscle Endurance and Power Hour. I hated Power Hour when I first got it--we just didn't click. Now it's a favorite.
 
I would have to say Muscle Endurance, and Muscle Max. I like how quickly the exercises flow and the variety in the exercises, I like the music in Muscle Endurance. There ya go!!!

Where have you been? I tried to e-mail you back, but it bounced back.

I think I'd have to say MM and ME. I can't choose. I've only down PH once or twice, but I remember thinking, oh my! I had to lower my weights.

My favorie is ME. Yesterday I did the premix upper body only and the core of Muscle Max and it is a great workout. That bonus burn doing kickbacks with the resistence band is awesome. I like PH and the CTX upper body split too. You can't go wrong with Cathe.
