For my bday DH is ordering me some new workout DVD's. I was hoping to get some input 'cos I can only order 5 or 6. I have a ton of Cathe already so was thinking of straying and getting the following:
Ilaria's Atletica Workout
Tracey Mallett's The Booty Barre
Michelle Doizois's Peak 10 Cardio Interval Burn
Squeeze: Stronger by Tracey Effinger
Exhale: Core Fusion Bootcamp
Kelley Coffey's 30 minutes to fitness: body training
Supreme 90
cathe's cardio fusion - i have them all separately - do i need them together?
(still searching - this is a tough decision)
I have tons of current weight training workouts - upper, lower, splits, cardio, kickboxing, drills, step, circuits, bootcamps etc... I mainly have Cathe, Jari, Jillian, Bob Harper, P90X, Ana Caban, Shiva Rea, Tae Bo, a few yoga and that's about it.
What do you think I should add? Or do you agree with these choices? I am curious about barre workouts but don't like feeling like I barely worked out.
