Your 3 most effective ab moves?

Is there any specific Cathe segment that does a lot of plank work? or would you change DVD and do different DVDs with only plank work?

S & H chest/back has a plank only workout, but I find that one kind of boring. I like to do a day of plank work only when I work my abs, then on other days, I'll do other ab exercises. IE. one day might be weighted ab work, the other stability ball work, etc.

If it is plank day, I will borrow some of Cathe's plank exercises from various workouts and put them all on that day. I can't remember if its Step Jump and Pump or Cardio and Weights, but one of those workouts has some good plank work on it too.

Those half moons looked wicked good... do you do these w/ real sandbags or do you use a dumbbell or a kettleball? Approx. how much weight?

I've done them with a sandbag (homemade) at about 25-30lbs, and with a 20lb medicine ball (also homemade). Given that you use your whole body on these, there's a pretty good aerobic effect that happens too.
 
I've been getting some nice results from using the Fitness Fix Intermediate core section. Lots of stability ball work and some planks, of course!
