I participated in a research study at the local university tonight for motor skills and physical fitness. Talk about a workout! I did great on the sit-ups and push-ups (thanks to Cathe's videos!!) but the "pacer" (wind sprints) kicked my butt
They also measured long jump, kicking, throwing, catching, leg press and more plus calculated body fat %. I'll eventually get a copy to see how I compare to others in my age group. It was fun, but shows there's always room for improvement
