There are squat thrusts with pushups in the warmup :eek: :eek: Cathe, I did BC cardio today. Silly me thought she was gonna do it x 2 LOL!! It was an awesome kick my hiney workout. Those suicides were killer. And lots of fun stuff. Fun, but hard }( Since I was so tired after BC cardio I did KB cardio next. No walk in the park either. But I just couldn't make myself rewind BC and do it all over again :+

Catherine, those squat-thrusts and push-ups in the warm-up were what put the 4DS-BC warm-up up to the top of my fave warm-up pile.

I did my own mish-mosh last week of: 4DS-BC, followed by 4DS-Kickbox, followed again by another round of 4DS-BC, and throwing in a third round of the butt-kickers-over-the-step to demonstrate for my DH.

I really, really like the 4DS-BC - especially, like you, the suicide drills (I do wish there were another name for them), AND the final blast of those blistering-fast runs and drop-push-ups.
