You know what I think is one of the best feelings?

When you are going through one of the IMAX workouts and find out that you were one behind in your mental count of how many intervals you've done. So you really only have ONE left to do instead of two. That happened to me today. Number 9 of IMAX 2 where you do the squat jumps and jacks is probably the hardest, but I think it's the most fun. I was struggling and laughing and a little (okay, a lot) pooped - but felt SO much better when I found it out wasn't #8!

I'm SO glad tomorrow is a rest day. I haven't had a rest day since last Thursday, so my legs were definitely feeling it today.
 
Way to go Donna!! :D No I don't lose count of those darn intervals }( Still working on trying to get through ALL NINE of them!!! Hopefully I'll get a day like you and lose count of them;-) (But not today or tomorrow) Anyways I hope you ENJOY your rest day!!
