I need some suggestions for a good cardio workout that's alot of fun, gets the heart rate up, but isn't too high impact.   My bad knee still doesn't have its full "spring" to it, so I feel like I'm clomping on my left side.  And yeah...I can modify Cathe's workouts...but you know, I've had all the cardio ones in my library for awhile now and I need something new.
