I want those Gym Style workouts so bad ! Particulary the Back one!!!
I'm not too sure about the Chest one with all those scary push ups but you can't just have one part of a set. You need all 3! Well, I need all 3. I just started a rotation I pulled out of M&F Hers and so far it's pretty good. Enjoying the machines in the gym...I love that Gravitron machine and the Cable row!!! ( Because I hate one arm rows!!! )But one thing I've discovered about doing weights in the gym is that it can be dull! Cathe makes time fly by so much faster.
I'm also drooling over Muscle Max. Can someone compare it to Push and Pull as far as the count and reps and premix options?
