<--did step blast for the first time and got combo #1 mastered but had trouble with the rest.
<--didn't even try combo #3 will repeat the first two until they are mastered!
<--did manage to get a 45min workout in after <--did a 15min powerwlak on the TM
<--made some chicken and rice by tosca reno to freeze if anybody is interested in the recipe?
