I don't think Susan had implants, remember when she filmed Vol 1 she had no children, when she filmed Vol 4 she was breastfeeding number 4. She is up in her forties now, mine have gotten bigger with age and need more support, obviously Susan can afford the best sport bra for support. JMHO

She has 4 kids??? Wow. Also, she was so thin in Vol. 1 and now she looks normal weight. I think that makes a big difference too.
