What a nice surprise! I was kind of depressed, not about the birthday, but about my work situation - I'm doing two jobs now at the same place (the bookkeeper quit) and trying not to feel overwhelmed. The pushups I'm still going to do, but not till the weekend. I DID manage Stepfit this morning.

Somebody told me, in all seriousness, that I looked like I was in my late 30's or early 40's! Wow! No pig outs today...I ate enough on Friday.

Just Do It - and DON'T USE AGE AS AN EXCUSE!!!!!!!!! :)
