Thank you so much for making yoga workouts! I love having the two different programs. Dare I ask for more in the future?:eek:

I just wanted to say that I really appreciate the progression of YogaMax. I love yoga and have been doing it for years. But between your workouts and running, I am usually "feeling it" in some part of my body (especially legs). Therefore, I don't like jumping into a fast series of sun salutations--my body needs more time to warm up--and I like to hold poses for a long time. With YogaMax, I felt a wonderful, gradual stretching and warming before you worked me good.;)

These two practices are the perfect compliment to your outstanding workouts!
