I've never read anywhere if you have done yoga before. It would be interesting to know this. Would you be able to do a workout to incorporate this in one of your up coming DVD's?
I know people have requested yoga in the suggestion forum, but realized that I don't think anyone knows if you have trained people for yoga.
This is probably not a good time to ask this, so perhaps SNM or anyone out there can fill me in.
Also had to tell you how spectacular these latest workouts are. You are amazing! Is there no end to your skills?!? Not that I would ever want it to end.
