Has anyone tried the Vinyasa Flow videos with Rainbeau Mars?

Wondering if they are any good?

Thanks Rhonda

Hi! I haven't used the videos you asked about, but I really like the yoga zone videos if you're looking for good ones. I really like their Power Yoga for Strength and Endurance and the Flexibility and Stress Relief, both are on the challenging end, but I actually feel like they give a good workout. Hope this helps!

Have you tried Yoga Mind & Body? Ali McGraw's name is featured, but she doesn't lead it--Erich Schiffmann does. Filmed at White Sands--the scenery is spectacular. Available through CollageVideo.com.

The Crunch Yoga vids are quite good actually.

I have lots of Yoga videos but I like these a lot.

Fat Burning Yoga
Joy of Yoga
Candellight Yoga

All feature Sara Ivanhoe who studied with Eric Schifffman

Bryan Kest has good workouts. I have the older series which looks much better than the new ones. I'm not a yoga person, but when I'm having trouble with my back and my hams ... I reach for his PY1 or 2 and I could feel the knots ease.:9

Wow, so many choices. I was doing Yoga Zone from the wisdom channel which is about 18-20 minutes of yoga (fast forward through commercials) and I like that. I have tried longer yoga tapes and just get bored with them.

Now to go check out brian kest.

Thanks everyone,
Rhonda

I really like Bryan Kest's videos too - I have the 3 pack series. Each one is about 45 minutes but they are pretty fast paced and I have stopped mid-tape and finished it on another day.
Good luck!

The first power yoga series is very beautiful. It's dark and very well made. It's in a studio but the way they filmed it is just ... really nice. I love having this in my collection. I watched the new videos on collage and was really surprised how they could possibly go from the type of production they used to have to something like CRUNCH videos! So I wouldn't recommend the new batch even though they say the INTENSE workout is good. Everything has to come together and the original series did.

Rhonda -- You didn't say what your goals were. If it's flexibility, you might like Living Arts "Yoga for Flexibility" with Patricia Walden. It's an older tape and the scenery is very beautiful and serene. The total tape is 82 minutes long and there are two full sessions -- forward bends and back bends. I do this one every week (two sessions). I'm working to increase my flexibility and can't do everything on the tape, but it's a great workout. I've noticed that my upper body strength has increased dramatically. I never expected that since I've been doing the FIRM for years so I'm already pretty strong.

Hope that helps!
