Yoga/Pilates/Stretch question for Cathe

Hi Cathe. I've been following your May rotation, and have really been enjoying it. Thanks for posting rotations each month--I know many people benefit from them.

I have a few yoga/pilates stretch DVDs which I've been using for the stretch days of this month's rotation, but they are lacking that special something you put into each workout.

I've also noticed that you've suggested using pilates/yoga workouts in some of your recent posts. Combined with the fact that you included a stretch day each week in this month's rotation, I can see that you value these types of workouts.

Sooooo....I'm hoping this means that you are perhaps thinking of gracing us with some sort of (athletic?) stretch workout in your next batch of workouts.

Is it still too soon to ask?

Yes Cathe, Please think about it. To have your style of cueing and personality in a stretching DVD would be beneficial. And so much more entertaing than what I've seen so far. I imagine it would sell quite well, judging by this board!

Hi Cathe!

I'm very glad to hear that you're considering making some sort of stretch workout. When you included it in your May rotation I purchased a video by Karen Voight that I could do on those days, but I would have much preferred to have had one of yours. Your cueing cannot be beat. Thanks so much for all the great workouts I have them all - you're the best!

I also would love to see a stretch or pilates workout. I find your stretches after each of your workouts to be unique and always very much appreciated. More stretching and pilates would be great!!:)

I would love for you to make a stretch/yoga tape. You have a great style of teach and your nice personality shines right through in your workouts. I usually lurk but just had to put my .02 in . I can't wait for your new DVD's to arrive.

I would like a stretching video from you, too. As a matter of fact, I would like two videos: one, a stretching one for those of us who never feel stretched enough; and one athletic one. Thank you for considering. Don't feel pressured, though. Anytime you come up with them, sooner or later, it will be very appreciated and, of course everybody here will buy it!
