Yoga for Abs - Yee

Ok, a couple of years ago I bought this beginner tape to strengthen my abs.... well, it was tough! And, IMHO, not for beginners. There are a ton of long lever double legs lift and there was no way I could do them. So, I shelved the tape and even tried to trade it a time or two. Anyway, today is my yoga day so I tacked that on to the end of my routine, and low and behold I can do ALL the moves now! I totally credit this to Cathe and more directly to her plank work.

Just thought I would share my little milestone and also reiterate how important planks are to strengthing the core!
