OK, I've got Stretch Max and really enjoy it. But I'm thinking maybe I'd like something to REALLY stretch me out. I got a yoga DVD yesterday and I'm wondering how those of you who do cardio and weights for 60-90 minutes 6 days a week and do yoga can fit the yoga in? Do you just do it on your rest days? And if not, how many days a week should it be done to see any benefit?
If I was to do it a couple hours after my regular workout, but shortly before I go to bed, would that affect my sleep? I have read that exercising shortly before bedtime is not good because it will make it harder to go to sleep. But since yoga is so relaxing, maybe it's good to do before bet? I just don't want to add extra time to my workout because I'm already taking at least an hour away from hanging out with my daughter after we've been apart all day.
