KickMax is on the line up for tomorrow . I haven't done this one in a while. I just know those leg drills are gonna FRY my legs!! YIKES. May not be walking well the rest of the day .

I am following the same rotation you are. I did Kick Max today as well. My poor biceps were so sore from PUB yesterday that my punches were ......interesting.....to say the least! I was afraid of that one because I have heard some scary things about it. Today was my first time with it and I loved it! I'm glad you did well with it, too!
I did Kick Max this morning as well. I'm amazed that it's the leg drills that scare you and not the Kickbox challenge! Gosh, that just about killed me!!!
Ok time for me to whine as Catherine stated, sorry....my hammies are screaming at me now!!! Here I thought it was cake this morning on those leg drills. Apparently NOT!!! I hear ya about the biceps too!! I haven't had DOMS in my bi's in a L-O-N-G time. Going to (try to) do Rhythmic Step tomorrow rather than walk or run like Cathe has down. Want to be ready for PLB Friday though!!
Tami, the thought of a run tomorrow with my fanny DOMS does NOT sound fun. RS is a good idea. Maybe I will feel up to a CC tomorrow. Those leg drills are tough stuff!
I did the blast challenge of kickmax after Quick NRG premix from Amy's Rumble two days ago. My booty and hamstrings are still sore...quite sore, actually.
I think Kick Max is one of the best DVDs for weight loss! If this doesn't attack the fat, nothing will. Don't you just feel like such an athlete after this one? This and Drill Max are my "go to" workouts when I know I gotta shape up fast!
