boy, was i surprised that i'd be this sore from ctx upper body..i used to do the ctx rotation, w/o major soreness or problems..but doing all the upper body of ctx together in one workout...AND challenging myself w/ the amt of weight i used, have been key...in making this wkt extra intense and seemingly effective! (i've been doing the pyramid wkts for the past month, and just started the "july rotation" of cathe's this week.)
boy, when i do ctx ub, i find i have to do the same weight amt as cathe (which is major for me! ) to get the fatigue and burn..but ...boy....did i fatigue and burn!!!!!! phew!!!!!! it's interesting to see how the strength gains of pub, has helped me in endurance wkts,too! (including imax)
this is a great workout, i may have to cave and cough up the moola to get the ctx ub tape, rather than having to queue all my videos for the weight workout portions.
