Year VHS/DVD's were made?

Is there anyway for me to know what year the workouts were produced? I think I have some figured out, but not all of them. Some of the workouts were orginally on VHS and are now one of two or more workouts on the same DVD i.e. Cardio Hits.
I've listed some DVD's below and put the dates by them that I know of. I would be grateful if anybody could fill in the missing dates and correct any errors. I've only listed the ones that I'm interested in.

If you go to the Store section of Cathe's website (click DVD or VHS respectively), the description will tell you when the DVD was released. In addition, you can sort based upon oldest or newest release date.
