XTrain?

I am about to start XTrain and I can't find any threads on the forum? Did I choose the wrong program? I really need support and encouragement. Thanks!

Definitely made the right choice! XTrain is awesome. We're all here for your support and encouragement. Was there anything specific you were looking for or had questions about? Also, look at the categories under Check-ins & Challenges...there might be one for XTrain.

Feel free to post your goal --- what you are looking for in more details. As Jodi quoted above, we are all willing to help:)

All Out Low Impact Hiit (disc 7) and Super Cuts (disc 4) are great to start with. I also love how X-Legs (disc 5) feels while doing the workout. Hard Strikes (disc 8) is great for a strong cardio day. My favorite abs are Core #1. When I am not my perkiest I often do the 100 reps. I read the User Guide often. It has several rotations to choose from. Xtrain is so versatile and the premixes are fantastic. I love the single body part premix on Burn Sets (disc 3). Have fun exploring the workouts.

I have tons of Cathe's workouts and rotate through them however it suits me--time of year, mood, etc. I never seem to 'leave' Xtrain. Now that I think of it, I really think it helped me make the biggest strides in my fitness level since I discovered Cathe. Supercuts is an excellent allover workout. Low Impact Hiit I love to go to for a tough little workout when I am short on time but for some reason don't feel like high impact. Cardio Leg Blast is so challenging and satisfying to finish. Tabatacise made such a difference to my cardio vascular fitness that so many workouts after this almost seemed too easy (and I never new that my breathing could get that much easier!). The best, however, are the upper body lifting workouts. They have made me so much stronger and I continue to improve. I finally have a set of 35 lbs dumbbells so I can do the bench press with this weight. I'm very proud of the accomplishment. So I would say, yes, you have made an excellent choice. I should also comment that because of all the premix choices, the set is very versatile, especially for someone like me who works full time plus. I think you will be very happy, Good luck!

I have posted this on other threads, so sorry for the repetition, but I have started the last three years with the X Train 90-day rotation, and looking forward to next year!
