XTrain Tabatacise Question

DeannaTS

Cathlete
I've recently been getting into Cathe's Tabata workouts & when exploring this one, I saw in the description that there are two premixes (#16 & #17) that you can go from "Easiest to Hardest" & "Hardest to Easiest." But when I looked for them on the actual DVD, I can't find them. Am I missing something? Or was it just an oops in the DVD?

Deanna, I didn't pull out the dvd, but I checked in the Workout Blender, in the listed premixes, and those are
not there. the premixes are numbered straight thru Premix 15, then it skips to Premix 18, no 16 or 17.

In the XTrain user's guide, in the Tabatacise premixes, there are only 16 listed......so........I'd say it was an
oversight error or they changed their minds and didn't change.

Thanks for responding! I wasn't sure if I was just missing those Premixes somewhere! It doesn't really make a big difference, I just wanted to be sure I wasn't missing it. I can understand the occasional oops or changes. There are so many workouts & Premixes, I have no complaints!

I think in the User Guide (purchased separately after the original pre-sale) it lists the order from easiest to hardest & they're not in the order of 1-5 but I don't recall off-hand which is considered easiest and which hardest (seems like 3 might have been considered the easiest, but I could be wrong). However, I don't think it really matters - In the guide, she has you start with just one Tabata and add on as you feel comfortable until you are up to the entire workout. So just go by how you are managing. The Step recovery segments are favorites - they're fun!

It does list them, but if I want to do them in that order, I have to stop & start each tabata. It's not that big of a deal, it's just that it would've been easier if there was a premix that already did that. (I am up to 3 Tabatas though!!! And was eyeing the Step only, which looks fun!) I think sometimes I'm just too darned spoiled & having to do an extra step interferes with me being a brat!
