I'm pretty sure someone made this rotation not too long ago, but I can't remember her name. I searched the rotations list but couldn't find it. I'm interested, too! Need an extra boost
I found this one at VF, it's not specifically all XTrain workouts but you could use it as a starting point for creating a rotation. In one of the comments below the original post, the rotation was tweaked a little and 100 Calf Raises were added.
