XTRAIN Rotation Question

I'v been reading comments on the various Xtrain Rotations, with some general comments being great upper body results from the 90 Day Undulating Rotation and great lower body results from the 30 Day Cardio/Strength rotation.

Has anyone alternated/combined these two?? I was thinking of doing week 1 of the 90 day rotation followed by week 1 of the 30 day Cardio/Strength, then week 2 of each etc. I'd obviously "finish" the 30 day first, but I thought I'd start that from week one again until I worked thru the 90 day rotation.

I havent done either rotation before so would love to hear any comments, thanks!

I would think the main drawback would be boredom as you'd be repeating just 9 workouts over what would become 6 months.

Why not do the 90 day and swap in some harder leg workouts if you don't feel you're getting the results you want?
 
That is a good point. Maybe I'll look over the two rotations and label each day into a generic rotation, like Monday--Cardio + shoulders (or whatever) and then put in what ever Cathe workout I want to for that day, maybe even sections of Gym Styles or STS.
