I have a suggestion for the upcoming Hard strike.

Can we please have a brief tutorial ,in the beginning of the main program, for any intricate boxing move.

I'm excited for another boxing workout! I loved MMA Boxing .

My next big fitness purchase I hope to acquire will be a heavy bag . I can't think of anything more satisfying than punching something at the end of a long, hard, day .

I am considering purchasing a heavy bag too... Would not it be great to have a cathe boxing gloves?...Not just a key ring
Punching a bag at the end of a long day , sounds very good...

It would be awesome if the combos could be displayed somewhere on the screen during the workout. I have been doing a non Cathe workout that does it and it really helps having that text on the screen in order to get the combos done correctly. For instance, "Upper cut, hook, kick".

That is brilliant! I would love something like that as an option, like the way they play back audio.

I just thought about something with this, could you have all the cast members in this one? I think the last time you had more cast was cardio kicks.

Now do not get me wrong I LOVE seeing Jai and Lorraine in the kickbox workouts, they have fantastic form but I would also like to see the others as well.
