XTrain 100 Rep Challenges

I see these in the WM: are they actually included on any of the DVDs? Or are they just challenges to be done on your own?

They are on the XT DVDs. For example, the 100 rep scarecrows are on Disk #7 and Disk #5 has the 100 rep hip thrusters.
