eats are going so well today. i think my body and mind are adjusting to this, and i feel very much in control. play dough made, veggies and lentls made, pub done. i am tired!
 
Wendy sorry about the bathroom blues but it will be worth it.

You ladies are funny today. Been there, mostly with my son who was afraid of anything that went bumb in the night.:eek:

Nina dried fruit is pure sugar cane. i'll eat 5 pounds if I could.

Colleen sorry about the drive and boy that would have scared me to. People can't drive right in the rain.

hey katie, great job with your run! how did you use gels? i meant to get some, but i just haven't, and i think i am just afraid to try them and have them mess with my tummy, kwim? but i'd love to hear how and when you took them.

kate, great job with all the lower body wos. good luck with wo tonight. i would never.ever.ever. wo if i had to do it at night. but 4am? no prob:confused: homemade choc chip cooks sound so good.

i did so great with my eats today. i am feeling lean, and surprisingly, the hunger monster is not striking. hope that holds for tomorrow. took boys to the pool (it was 90plus degrees and so humid.). they are wiped out as am i. see you all in the am!
