**comments
* great workout today
* the c&p went smoothly, moved well between rungs with out extra rests.
* for swings: the 35#kb felt lighter :) yeah! after swinging the 45#kb yesterday.

Farmer::: I agree with Marcy's assessment of ETK. I have been adding extra cardio in for the last 2 weeks.

Have a great weekend everyone!!

Whoopee, it's Saturday! Yesterday was a cardio day so I threw in a little Turbo Jam, the 30 minute remix so my grandson wouldn't get too bored! Turbo Jam isn't much on form but I love them for the fun factor(also good music) . Today will be Santa Monica for sure , the other nite I ended up doing Empire State because my arms and wrists were so pooped from work, (running the air hammers all day really kill me) I had a easy job yesterday and a good nites sleep so I'm ready for my ropes!

Deanie- I bet that 35# bell did feel lighter! I have only worked up to a 35# bell and I'm not good enough with that one to buy a 45#!

Waves to everybody! Have a wonderful weekend!:)

Hi everyone!

I did Providence rounds 1-11 today with a couple of tweaks. My back is still fatigued from Thursday's deadlifts, so I kept it a little lighter, mostly 12kg.

Tweaks:
* Did round 1 twice, once light as a warmup, then once heavier.
* Did round 6 twice, but broke the OHS and windmills into two separate rounds. I liked it some much better this way. I was able to focus so much more on both exercises. Definitely a keeper. :)
* Did ALL FLIPS on round 8 with NO DROPS! I don't know if it's because I had to concentrate so hard, or if flipping is that much harder, but my heart was beating out of my chest by the end.

Deanie - I can't wait for 35# to feel light. ;) Great workout. Have fun at your party!

Andilynn - Does your grandson do TurboJam with you? I've never run an air hammer, but my hands get seriously tired when I run the drill a lot. Hoe you get to play with the ropes.

Jane - Is your backyard drying out?

Farmer - I like the idea of doing rounds 1 and 2 of Providence multiple times like that.

Waves hello to Marcy!

Have a good day everyone.

Hi Everyone!

Well this is my second post of the night. I just typed everything up and then submitted it and poof it's gone.

Anyway the workout at the track last night was great. It was heinous but the beautiful weather got me through.

Today I did 200 swings, the kb complex and Muscle Max.

Gayle ~ the yard is drying out but it is still soggy in some places.

Waves hello to everyone else.

What gorgeous Sunday morning! I wish we didn't have a cold snap on the way! I'm think that today will be a rest day, last nite I did do Santa Monica and got to play with my ropes so I was a happy camper! Today I think I'll sit around drinking coffee and brush up on my polynomials for my test Wednesday. This week I'm driving again so maybe I'll be able to get my weights back up to normal levels!

Gayle-Yes, my grandson likes to Turbo Jam and he likes Cathe too! He pops in for a few moves here and there between playing, and always looks at me and says "look what I'm doing" I love it !About a week ago he looked and me and said let's go down and get some exercise, that really brought a smile to my face! I have not ran a drill in years but I bet thats tough before a workout, I know how my wrists and hands felt this week!:)

Waves to all!
