I had to get up and workout early today, going out of town for a party. Actually, now that soccer and baseball season have started, I will still have to wake up early on saturdays
to get my workouts in!

yeah! after swinging the 45#kb yesterday.
Farmer::: I agree with Marcy's assessment of ETK. I have been adding extra cardio in for the last 2 weeks.
