Xers ++++++++Wednesday!!!!!!!!

Happy Wednesday Gang!

Well I only ended up doing 45 minutes of Yoga Zone before I started to fall asleep in child pose so I called it a day! ;-) Slept 9 hours last night so feeling better this morning and ready to bring it with Ripped 1000 (Jari Love). Joined Lea in an unclean food day- my worst downfall when I am super duper tired. I ate every carb & sweet in the house I believe …. Guess those Pillsbury dough boy pics will be all over the internet in a few days.x(

Before I forget- all you Yoga Queens… I REALLY need something that I can do to open my hips… I recall some Happy Hips or something being discussed here… may I have few referrals. Remember I’m not advanced but I don’t want a beginners either…I know enough poses that 101 is too boring. I can modify if I need to. TIA!

:D Tracy: You are up so darn early! Busy day ahead I suppose- really hope its not because of back pain/. Where are you at with that btw?

:D Debra: Great workouts yesterday! I couldn’t do a cartwheel when I was 10 let alone at 44! I am constantly amazed by how limber all of you are! I thought I was in good shape until I met all of you! I think its because I live in the fattest city in the USA- 3 years in a row thank you very much! What an honor for Houston! LOL… Embarrassing on one hand but always made people say something positive about me in those water cooler conversations. Guess I’ll have to keep moving to the fattest city every year so I can feel good about myself!

:D Jeanette: So sorry about your ride being cancelled! Talked to my mom in Bakersfield yesterday and she said they were having winds and cold but it was only to last 24 hours then right back to the 80’s. She and my sister had already been swimming for 2 weeks in the outdoor/unheated pool. I have an issue with those over the top F bombs in movies myself… I’m no prude mind you and have been known to utter a few in my political hot moments but I agree that some movies just seem to throw them in for the R rating. CONGRATS on the new stove & laundry room products!!!! I just love NEW STUFF! I looked at Kundalini quickly yesterday to refresh my memory… It moves VERY slowly… Poses are held a bit too long in my opinion and the guy that talks over it is just a voice that I cant handle. Its not a good DVD in my opinion but I think I got it because Lorajc always talked about it. Its also not chaptered well so you cant mix n match to meet your needs. If you think it might be your cup of tea I will be happy to mail it to you... I will probably not do it again & so dont like things sitting on my shelf. Let me know!

:D Lea: You are cracking me up with your “round up” of new Xers! I do believe you are looking for “strength in numbers”! I think it would be fun to have some first timers to keep us all fresh this next go around! I am excited, anxious and actually just want to get started!! I’ll only have to flip flop 1 day next week because of Bay… Yoga & Legs & Back will be switched. Other than that I’m good for the schedule for a few weeks. I may wait a week to post Before pics – I’m REALLY mushy today …. I don’t want to humiliate myself. I could post for 24 hours and then remove them?.... Shi* it feels like I’m my fat self in high school going to a swim party (I hated those so much and I rarely use the h word!!)

:D Sandra, :D Laurie, :D Steph…. Caught you all yesterday- ENJOY your morning!!

Back later to see whats cookin’! (Oh no FOOD TALK already!)
:+

Oh, good morning everyone. I am really sore, so today I might do Stretch X or nothing at all. Heck, I only have one more week right, or not even that. My SIL is coming over today so the kids will really enjoy that. And we were going to do something, but like Traci's mom, it has been unbelievably windy here. My oldest DS almost blew away yesterday just walking to the car;) .

Tracy X - Thanks for getting up and starting today!!

Traci X - Thank goodness you got some sleep. Falling asleep in child's pose. LOL. Sorry that I am such a bad influence this week on the eating. Really, I am sorry}( . But seriously, is your ttom over, because it seems that you are really down on yourself today. If you don't feel good about taking pics, then don't. We all ready know what you look like. Heck, I might just do the 30, 60 and 90 day pics myself. Or, you could set up the X pictures and make them private and just give us the password privately, if you want. Or you could take the pics, wait for you 30/60 day progress and then post the before pics. Now I know that would really make you feel good about yourself. Don't worry about it Traci. We all love you for who you are!! Now snap out of it woman!!!!!:* Why don't we start off posting our food intake for the day so that other people will read what we eat, so we have to do good right? Starting next week of course. I am so ready to do the X. I have been sitting here drooling over the doubles schedule (remind me of this when burnouthits). Until then, cheer up pal!!

Hi and good morning everyone. Coffee just beeped, so I have to mosey on over to the coffee pot...until next time.

Lea

Lea: Get out of my head.... you made this weepy woman cry! STOP THAT
Combination of hormones still adjusting to meds (gonna take months of trying to get right dosages of this & that before we find sweet spot) and sugar yesterday I'm sure... I'm keeping a low profile today- PMS X 3 on the weepies;( At least I know it shall pass at some point. Luv Ya so much for sweet sweet post;-)

Morning ladies!

Today was Slim Series Tone It Up. Woke up late this morning and had a tough time starting. Had that weak feeling that I usually drink a cup of coffee thru (approx. 45 minutes) before starting, but couldn't this morning. Didn't take long and I was back in the groove. This morning, I also stepped on the scale as I hadn't for about a week as TTOM was coming on. I finally started yesterday so probably have a bit of water weight on. I was surprised as my weight was below P90X still and BF% (Tanita crap scale) was below P90X % too. So I'm happy that this program is working okay (for now). Light weights, lots of reps and leanness and definition still staying on. However, I realize it could change and the old bod might wise up to it soon. So far, so good. My little snack in the evening is a large mug of cocoa made with non-fat milk. Satisfies the sweet tooth. I'm going to again try for that easy spin tonite after work with a hard bike workout tomorrow night. Crossing my fingers for nicer weather. We had a blizzard outside yesterday afternoon. Glad I wasn't out in it.

Traci, let me know what you think of GR 1000. I ordered her other two and they should be coming soon. The Kundalini doesn't sound like my cup of cocoa but thanks for the offer anyway. Hope you have a better day. We all love you and want you to cheer up. Hey, jump back on that wagon, drink lots of water, take that bike out for a ride, or do something else fun. Sorry about the hormones, but know you are on the right track as you seem to have very few down days.

Lea, was that you I saw you over at OD trying to pick up other ladies for this checkin? You're cracking me up girl! I agree, the more, the merrier and that might help keep you guys motivated. Have fun with your SIL coming over. What new projects do you have on the burner? I'm looking forward to the tiling job where we are putting the new woodstove. My sister will give us some advice as she's done some work to their house.

Got to go now,

Jeanette

Good morning!

I'm all mixed up so this post could end up sounding incoherent. And yes, I have just had a cup of coffee. AF just arrived this morning - almost a week early. I feel like I got cheated out of my PMS power-mode week! And what's up with the early arrival??? Grrrr. Getting old is making me whacky.

TraciX - I haven't tried the Happy Hips that, I think, TracyX has mentioned. Hip openers are important for me, too, and so far the best I've found is....YogaX. Tony is one of the few yogas I've found so far where he actually holds the poses long enough to make a difference. Plus the first 45 mins of movement warms up the muscles really nicely so that when you reach the static poses the joints are ready to open. StretchX is good, too. Shiva Rea has a forward bends & twists segment that works on the hips, but she moves in and out of the poses more quickly than I'm ready for.

Here's the pumpkin-cauliflower soup recipe:

Steam a head of cauliflower (about 4 cups, chopped really small) until really tender. Combine in a pot with 15oz can of pure pumpkin puree, 3 cups of chicken stock, 1 cup of milk, 1 tbsp of flour (for thickening; optional), 1/2 tsp of nutmeg, 1 tsp of cinnamon, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of sugar (optional). Heat until bubbly. The longer you leave it sit before serving, the thicker it becomes. It apparently serves 7, with each serving having 55.7 cals, 11.5g carbs, 0.4g fat, and 3.2g protein.

LeaX & TraciX - Are we competing to see who can provide the best out-of-shape before picture? I swear this week has been a sad mess in the eating department for me. Like LeaX, my dinner last night was pizza (3 pieces), followed by chocolate chip cookies. We won't mention Saturday, Sunday & Monday. I have a feeling my unexpectedly early visit from AF has something to do with it. I've also been sleeping terrrrribly bad, and the tiredness makes me a tiger for simple carbs. I stupidly had a cup of coffee yesterday afternoon, and was awake most of last night, regretting it. So now I'm all out of sorts. Haven't done my workout yet, despite having a rather busy day planned. Argh. What are your plans for eating during P90X? I presume no one here is intending to follow the eating plan in the manual? I would like to just aim to stick with 1800 cals/day.

LeaX - I'm not a mom who socializes with other women just because they're moms. I've made a handful of friends who also have young children since we moved here, and those are my circle of playdates. I don't plan on doing much of the P90X cardio this time around. It will likely be mostly Cathe, maybe some running. I just want to do the P90X upper body weight work and ARX. I think that was the most effective thing about the program for me, the first time through. So nachos hang around in your stomach for a bit, do they? Ugh!! But it sounds yummy!!

LaurieX - no, I didn't *offer* any of the soup to the kids LOL!!! And to DH I said, "This is pumpkin-cauliflower soup.......Which you're welcome to have. But look, I've also cooked some carrots!" I made it so that I would have it for my lunch for the week, so I wasn't in sharing mode. Terrible mother, huh? I love pumpkin. Did you know that it is a very common ingredient in jarred baby food, in places like New Zealand? It's as ubiquitous in their baby food as carrots are in ours.

StephX - Hi! Nice to see you! How was the tournament? I think GS BSB is a terrific workout, too. I'm ready to start another round of Tony simply because I have no intentions of doing All-Tony All The Time. Heck, I may only be doing 4-5 weeks of the upper body weight work. That doesn't seem so bad. Have fun with LIC cardio today. I enjoy that workout very much.

DebraX - Your BM2 workout sounded great! I love how versatile the BM workouts are. Enjoy your last day with DH!

Jeanette - that's really too bad that the language in Departed interfered with the movie. Maybe you should have watched a couple episodes of The Sopranos first, to warm up your ears a bit? :) I think my shins are all better today. Your half-a**ed triathalon story still cracks me up! You're hilarious. Yay on finally finding a woodstove!!! And getting a new washer!!!

Oh yeah - about the weather. We all had a bad day of it yesterday. We had snow, wind *and* rain all afternoon. Blech.

Time to go. I have no idea what this day is going to bring, and my brain isn't working well enough to handle any curve balls, so wish me luck.

SandraX

Morning Xers,

Today will be BBC Shoulders & Back and I'm thinking of doing a steady state run on the treadmill. It is raining today and doesn't look like it will let up by the time I get home. The cardio in Legs & Butt is way to intense to do after a leg workout, or I'm just a wimp. :) I will try that one seperate from the leg workout sometime.

My oldest DD turns 14 today :D , and she started track yesterday. When I picked her up from school yesterday, she had the biggest smile on her face. I asked her if she was tired, and she was still smiling as she said she was. She has a goal this year of breaking the school record in the mile. That record is 5:52 and she ran 6:07 last year. Her coach also wants her to try spikes out to see how she does. I will pay the money to encourage her in getting exercise. :D

Traci, I don't have the Billy Banks Circuit, so I don't know how to compare the Celebrity Fit Sculpt. But as I was watching this one I was thinking of the Advanced Live 1-12 and the Advanced Ripped. The upper body he is at a blistering pace, but the leg work he slowed that down. The workout was 45 min total. I also bought the other Celebrity Fit Cardio, but haven't looked at that one yet.

Jeanette, From what I have heard about the Celebrity Fit, the Sculpt is the fun one. It has good music too.

Lea, I so enjoyed your giving Chucky Cheese the title of Little Vegas. My DD's don't go there anymore, but I so remember the circus atmosphere. Vegas is a good description.

Sandra, I am looking at doing P90X the same way you described. I may even try halfsies. I'm looking at doing 1800 calories also. Want to get outside and do some running this summer, so I'm incorporating that into the rotation. That soup looks good. I have heard that pumpkin in that part of the world is like squash to us.

Have a great day!

Laurie

Hi there ladies! You all sound good this moning...except for Traci...who needs a bit of a pick me up! DH is out at a coffee shop for a while so I thought I would catch up a bit. I am actually planning on doing Kenpo today. Need to get a bit of aggression out! And I really like those drill better than the Cathe combos. I am also throwing in abs from BM2 since I had to skip them yesterday due to time constraints.

Jeanette..Sorry the language in the Departed bothered you...I lived in Boston for a couple of years...and I thought it was a pretty close depiction of how those guys actually talk...but I can see how it would be offensive. Sounds like you guys are doing a lot of great improvements to your home...When I finally get moved to NC will you guys come and do some fix up work for me? Congrats on keeping your weight and BF at the levels you want! And good luck on getting that ride in today.

Traci...You crack me up...You are in GREAT shape! Don't let those pesky hormones tell you different! I think Chicago is one of the fattest cities, too...but my neighborhood is sort of a mixed bag. Have fun with Jari today...I have tried a couple of her workouts and I just don't get into them...but maybe that will be to other's advantage next week when I start doling out the unused videos!

Lea...You crazy woman...I will be so glad when my DD grows out of Chuckee Cheese! I don't even LIKE the pizza there! And I feel like the grinch when I go with all the noise, noise, noise, NOISE! Have fun stretching today and have a great time with your SIL.

Sandra...You are cracking me up with the education on baby food in New Zealand...and how does a person come across that fact..and then proceed to remember it? Good luck on keeping your brain mush free today.

Okay...gotta run for now.

Hi to Laurie, Steph, Tracy, and Monica (if she's around!) I'll bbl to catch up with all of you!

Laurie..you snuck in! Have fun with your workout today. And happy bday to your DD! Sounds like she is doing great with track. That's wonderful! I love watching my DD exert herself and have goals to work for. My DD is not the most atheltic kid (kind of like her mom), but she is really enjoying dance and gymnastics...and she wants to start horseback riding this fall. Any exercise is good for them, I think. And, of course, it's important to start that mindset early in life so they turn out to be realtively fit adults.

Okay...I'm really leaving now so that I can get my workout in!

Hi there. All of a sudden I got into a crabby mood. Could it be that all of this talk of ttom has started to bring my PMS on? Is it possible for a group of woman to get on track around the same time just writing to each other? Very interesting......

Jeanette X - Yup, that was me recruiting. Along with Sandra X and Traci X. Maybe we just want to relive what it was like the first time. Addiction is like that, so I heard. Wow, you had a blizzard. Insane. Our outdoor furniture is in our pool from the winds last night. I am so glad that it worked out for you for the stove. Have fun with the project. I have to fix the toilet tomorrow again. This time I swear I am going to get it right. And next week, it's off to painting again.

Sandra X - Sorry that you had an early visitor. URGH!!! I really wish that I was a cauliflower lover because your soup sounds really good. I love that pumpkin. Guess I have to move to NZ and eat up all of the baby food. Yummy. Your dinner was exactly like my lunch yesterday. Pizza and I got home had a few cc cookies. For the X, I think I am going to pretty much follow the Tosca eat clean diet. Worked great for me. LOL on telling Miss Jeanette to watch the Sopranos first. I am definately going to get my share of language next month with the Sopranos and The Shield coming back on. Yippee!!!

Laurie X - Happy birthday to your DD. Wow 14. They grow up so fast don't they? That is awesome that she is interested in track. Good for her for having goals. Have fun with BBC. Only a few more days for the X.

Debra X - I love the abs in BM2. Gets you nice and toasty without doing 15 minutes worth of abs. So many subs to do this round of P90X. Yippee!! Is there a place that you haven't lived? Wow. I too will be happy when Chuck E Cheese's gets too young for them. Yeah, the pizza was awful, especially since you live in Chicago and have lived in Boston, but I was HUNGRY after CC. BTW, what were your shirts sizes again?

Ok gang. Have to go take a shower and clean a little. Have an awesome day gang.

Lea

Morning ladies. If you don't mind, I'd like to join your check in. I ordered P90X on Monday, so I probably won't be starting until April 9th, but I need all the motivation I can get. I'll be doing Cathe until my stuff arrives, so today was IMAX 2. I just got my chin up bar and the last time I tried to do a chin up I think I did 1/2 of one. Hopefully by the end of this process that will have greatly improved. I can't believe I am going to start a program with A LOT of push ups. I HATE push ups!!!!

Thanks for letting me join in ladies!!

Katie

Katie, Welcome to the X. I'm starting another round on Monday. Don't worry about the push-ups, they grow on you. :) When you see how many you can crank out you will be proud of yourself.

Laurie

Katie -

HI!!!! Welcome aboard. I am so glad that you decided to join us. As Laurie said, the push-ups grow on you. Tony does a variety of them, so they don't get boring. And once you see the results, I know that you will love them. Chin-ups too!!

Not all of us are starting next week, so you will be in great company until you do start. Imax 2 is a great workout. Love that one. Hope you enjoyed it.

Lea

Well gals I have survived a WalMart trip and made up Fruit Salads & Beef Broth for a little detox day. Jari is on tap for the 1:00 hour…. I see we have new friends today so that shall keep me from any more verbalizing of my pity party! I have my plan of attack for P90X Round 2…. My added cardio each week will alternate between Intensity series & Body Blast series. As you know too many options paralyze me so I figured that with all the premixes on those 2 series I’ll be all set for 13 weeks!

Personals

Katie: Welcome aboard the Tony Love Fest! I’ll be starting round 2 on Monday and you just jump in whenever you get your materials. Congrats! If you can stick with it (even modified a bit) it’s an amazing program!!!

Sandra: I cracked up at your Yoga X recommendation! I know in my heart you are exactly correct but man did I feel like you were saying that with hands on hips and a slight roll of the eyes. I just LOVE the visuals you provide me with daily! We both know that I will NEVER do 90 minutes of any yoga in one setting… Will it do me any good at all to do 45 minutes each week? So week 1 0-45 min and Week 2 46-90 min? Be honest dear (as if you wouldn’t!) Can I say that I am so happy you are feeling disoriented today? Is that just AWFUL? Misery sooooo loves company but I do hope WE BOTH start feeling back to our old selves soon. THANKS for the recipe woman… I’m drooling! All my favorite things. I shall make next week when I return – Just in time for “doubles” hungerfest. As far as eating …. I do believe I will say a prayer to eat as close to Tosca as possible- that really works for me and I don’t have to count calories that way. I’m thinking after this next X round I may try my hand at no writing/tracking of food- A first in 2 years! I’m SICK of it all! Since I’m at goal weight I see no reason to continue the torture… I can read a scale & tape measure so I can always go back.
Hope today turns out to be sheer joy & perfection for you my dear!

Jeanette: You are our local inspiration right now! ^^5 on the scale/Bf victory… You are finding your rhythm for sure! Awesome job. You read my mind on the bike/run to add on to Jari today! I’m hoping the drizzle stops so I can do just that! I so appreciate all the support for these crazy hormonal days. You’re one of the good guys for sure!

Laurie: LOL- you are so NOT a wimp! Those BBC Cardios are dang plyos in disguise so I think an alternate cardio is a great idea! Oh tell DD that we are all rooting for her record breaking run! How exciting… We want to see all the write-ups she’ll get. I’ll check out Celebrity Fit and see if it will fill any void in Kick Library. Thanks for info.

Debra: LOVED the long post! We so miss you. Maybe DH is leaving just in time for the visit to remain “hopeful”. I do pray that whatever happens leaves you & DD at peace. Lots of hugs today and always. Thanks for helping me to tell hormones…OUTTA HERE BUCK-O!

Lea: {{{{{my buddy}}}} What would a girl do without ya? YES – I believe it IS possible that we are all “adjusting” cycles… Lets all do it together- OMG what a nightmare that weekly thread would be! Did you say shower? Shi*- 1 more thing to put on the to do list!

Well gang- got 45 minutes before Jari shows up for my personal training session so I’ll sca-daddle for now. GREAT – Hormone free day to all!

OK- Here's an instant feel good for all of us feeling frumpy! I came out to 15.05BF%! lolololololol My caliper is at 21% right now and Tanita Stupid Scale is at 26%....
Heres the post it came from.... :7

Lorrie:

Try this suggested method of testing for body fat and see what you come up with:

1. Multiply your hips (inches) ____ x 1.4 = ___ - 1 = ___ (A)
2. Multiply your waist (inches)____ x 0.72 = ____ - 2 = ____ (B)
3. Add A + B = ____ (C)
4. Multiply your height (inches) ____ x 0.61 = ____ (D)
5. Subtract D from C, then subtract 10 more: C-D-10 = ____ % bodyfat

Just a quick pop on before DD gets on her webkinz site and I don't get the computer for a while...

Lea...1 small shirt for DD 1 medium shirt for me...Did I miss a post about how much we owe you and where to send the money?! If so, please send it to me. Thanks again for your work with this!

Katie...Welcome! You will love push ups by the end...I promise!

Traci...I will try your body fat test later...or maybe in the morning when I'm feeling skinny!

Hi Xers,

I have been so busy since I came back from FL that I just haven't had time to do much checking in. I had planned to get back way earlier than this and then I was busy all day at work. I hate when work gets in the way of my personal life.

Yesterday I did PUB as produced except for the back lat work I subbed pullups. That was a nice change. I actually have some DOMS in my upper body today. That is unusual.

Traci - Magically hips with Eion Finn. It is great. Back is better, but bothers me when I have to sit for hours at work. I apply the do your best and forget the rest philosophy to food also. Isn't it funny how you can almost have an outer body expereince and wonder who in the world is consuming all of the crap?

Lea & Sandra - I think that my son is fairly secure in his identity, that's why it doesn't bother him to do things with me. If only I had been that confindent in my teen years........

Sandra - Not that social? My kids had few play dates because I'm not that social either. Both are now not so social like me, and my husband is the opposite. I have to interact with people so much at work that by the time I get home, I am happy to be alone. You must have your family trained much better than I. If I even made that soup they would look at me like I was nuts.

Lea - I eat nachos and pizza too. I do put more peppers and onions on my nachos now, but WTF, you have to eat something fun sometimes. Funny how the grumpy villian can just take over sometimes. I'm just glad I'm not like that all of the time.

Laurie - That is great that your DD runs track. I wish someone had encouraged me to do track when I was in HS. I always loved to run.

Debra - Glad things went reasonably well with the DH. Even though I'm sure it was nice to have him home, it is tough when your routine is disturbed. At least I know it is for me.

Katie - Welcome to the Xers checkin. With so many people starting another rotation, I might have to think about it. I love pushups, so whenever you are feeling down about ALL of the pushups that you will be doing, I'll be here to cheer you on.

Steph - Glad you are still around.

Jeanette - Glad the stove thing went OK. You must like JL. I probably should give it another try. The measurements sound good. It's always good to have something positive happen to boost the morale.

Off for a walk, maybe light jog.

Tracy

Hi all!

Did a short spin tonite (7 miles) over to my folks house. Short visit with them and then returned home. It was a bit breezy and cold. Tomorrow will really warm up nicely and I plan to do a tough hill ride on my bike. Will do yoga in the morning too.

Sandra, the soup recipe sounds wonderful. I love pumpkin, sweet potatoes, anything like that and love cauliflower too. What an easy recipe too and those are the kind I need. I'm so sorry AF arrived early. How awful. I am like clockwork any more, 23 days apart. I keep thinking at age 48 things should start to taper off or go away or something. Eoin Finn's Magically Hips is a good one, I always love anything with pigeon pose in it.

Laurie, that is so cool about your daughter and her running goals. I wish I'd done sports when I was in school. Only played a couple seasons of bobby sox softball when I was in grade school. My folks had too many kids to encourage us to do much, they would have been stuck driving all 5 of us all over. I think they were just tired. Good for you for starting the X again soon.

Debra, yep, the language was just a bit too much for us. I don't mind hearing some language, but not every sentence with the F word in it. Just seems overboard. Thanks for the congrats on my weight and BF. I'm still holding my breath about it. DH and I only fix up our house out of necessity. The new washer yesterday was nice to get. The old one just started making noise about 4 years ago, LOL. DH hates working on old stuff. He's a millwright at work and has to fix stuff all day long. Hates to do it when he gets home, but will do it if he has to. Right now he's outside working on his little Ford Ranger. Think he's replacing the fuel pump. Thank goodness he's handy. Has saved us lots of money.

Lea, what in the world are you doing to the toilet? Just jiggling the handle? LOL! Someday we would like to have the kitchen all redone with nice cabinets and countertops and flooring. I'd like to hire a contractor to do that as I'm afraid it would take FOREVER if DH did it. The kitchen is small so we'd have to knock out some walls too. It'll be way pricey so we're waiting for my bike racing winnings to start coming in... LOL. Sorry your furniture is in the pool. Should be warming up up here in northeastern California. DH and I are heading out to the desert with the dogs to enjoy the day on Saturday. Will be doing Janis Saffel's kickbox workout first, per Traci's recommendation. Never bothers me to get up early to get the workout in.

Welcome, Katie! Nice to have you. You'll love it here. I'm excited for you to start P90X. It's unique for sure and know you'll get nice results and learn some things about your body and exercising. You'll want to work hard for Tony, even doing pushups. He has that effect on us.

Traci, hope the drizzle stopped and you got a chance to go outside. Big hugs to you today. Hey, you've ALWAYS been here for us when we were having our own pity parties. Hope you're feeling better soon. Did you do a workout today? My Tanita crap scale is usually around 25-26%, have never seen it lower than 25%. I did the computations with hip, waist size and I think I was around 17 or 18. Who knows? When are you going to bay? Have I told you how much you are missed when you are gone? Ooooh, just remembered, you have a laptop with internet capabilities now, yipppee!

Tracy, hope the back is even better today. Magically Hips is wonderful, does it bother yours? I've learned that I can fall off the wagon and get right back on and limit much damage. Pretty cool that your son will hang with you. PUB is an awesome workout. I got great results doing a rotation of it before. Usually do the biceps first.

Good night all!

Jeanette

Hi ladies...Just signing off for the evening. I had fun with Kenpo today..although DH looked at me like I was crazy when I was yelling with Tony! Hope you are all doing well today.

Jeanette...Glad you got a short ride in this evening. It's amazing to me that you live so close to our parents. It's been so long since I was close to my mom that I can't even imagine it anymore. Have a great time with yoga tomorrow.

Tracy...I know how it is when you get back from a trip. I alwys feel behind when I get home, too. I did PUB last week and it took me 3 days until my chest wasn't sore anymore!

Did I miss anyone? I probably did...and I'm sorry. I am really beat and we have a showing on the house in the morning..so I have to get up and clean up a bit.

Good night all!

Debra
