Xers.....Typical Tuesday.................

Cathlete
Hi all,

Another typical Tuesday. Today is yoga, already done, and then legs and a walk this afternoon. I'm flying by this morning. I didn't get home from work until 8 last night and it just feels like I had no time for anything. Oh well, today is another day.

*Nov 06 “ Shock Your Body” 2006 Workouts *
Body Max 2 as produced (first time EVER doing it this way!)
~~~~~~~ I decided that since I can only pickup 8# DBs for awhile (even for lower work) I need to do more cardio and this seems to fit the bill – My upper body is losing muscle fast and I can tell my BF% is going up because of muscle loss after just 3 weeks… disheartening but I also know its temporary…. I suppose if I had been an avid lifter for several years it wouldn’t be happening so quickly but it is what it is and I refuse to allow myself to feel sorry for myself… so I am off & running with a new game plan! ~~~~~~~~
~~~~~~~ Such a chatty evening group last night! Did ya’ll take perky pills & not send them my way for some reason? ~ Consensus is that we all NEED a teddy-man in our life to clean carpets & cook for us! Shall we draw straws to see which end of the country he goes to first? ~ Sandra MIA for a few days – shall we send out the posse? ~ Why is it that I have a closet full of clothes and yet all I do is long for the dirty smelly clothes that are waiting for the washer to be repaired tomorrow? ~~~~~~~~Back with all the personals from yesterday as soon as I refill coffee cup! [i ]Now that you are half way on LGI8 what are your thoughts on what its doing for your body? After just 3 weeks of Freestyle Legs I have lost an inch in my thighs- PRAISE THE LORD! I’m still going to add extra leg work into the Nov 06 rotation as I like the results. [font/ book antiqua]

[i ]NICOLE - X [font/ book tahoma]
[i ]Nice choice using CTX this week… I’ve never done a full week of it but I bet it’s effective. My client was my paying one- I actually told the guinea pig that I would resume with her after my shoulder completely healed… I saw no reason to risk over use with a freebie… Actually wish I had just agreed to 4 free sessions rather than 8… oh well. [font/ book antiqua]

[i ]JEANETTE - X [font/ book tahoma]
[i ] ROF about priest last night! How many years would one spend in hell if they decked a priest? LOL ~ I’ll try the partial sitting position to sleep- I sure woke up a lot last night fighting with the blockade that I had built! [font/ book antiqua]

[i ]TRACY - X [font/ book tahoma]
[i ] Oh Trac! You sound so tired already this week & its only Tuesday! I do hope you have an early night tonight… [font/ book antiqua]

[i ] Ready to rent Ted out yet? Top dollar will be paid! Does he do mini-blinds & windows??? Good job on your lower blast last night! The washing macjine is only 6 years old and one of the high end ones to boot- they better be able to fix it or I’ll go “postal” on Whirlpool! [font/ book antiqua]

[i ] Now ya see THAT’S exactly why I don’t call you! LOLOLOL – The best use of hard earned money is caller ID dear! I’d do without food to have it! We answer no unknown callers…. No moms that call at dinner time and/or during our favorite TV shows… actually I turn ringer off the phones most of the time so I never feel the urge to be nice and answer! LOL ~ OUCH on the car… yep- I’ve been known to drive with brake on, slam it into park before stopping, and even a few close calls due to Reverse & Drive Dyslexia…. GREAT job doing your X as planned even tho not all healed! Take care of yourself!!! ~ BTW- I saw an infomercial on Netti Pots the other day… didn’t take them long to get on the Oprah/Dr Oz bandwagon! [i ]DEBRA - X [font/ book tahoma]
Big Xer Huggies as you enter stress zone…Just remember that this too shall pass and try to stay in the flow. You are a strong woman and eventually the X has to get his butt back on a plane… thank God for the small blessings!!!! Do whatever you need to to stay centered…. Checkin or not- call or not- scream & yell or not- We’re here for ya!!! ~ LOVE the new rotation you have cooked up! I put it in my TO DO book! [font/ book antiqua]

[i ]CHERYL [font/ book tahoma]
[i ] Hope Boston is treating you well – hopefully no flight delays and hotel fiascos!!! Safe travels my dear! Great job on your long cardio session!!! . [font/ book antiqua]

[i ]Glad you popped in to say hi! Hope all is well and your workouts go as you desire this week. [font/ book antiqua]

[i ]AMY [font/ book tahoma]
[i ]Happy day!!!! Hope you slept wel yesterday and that your workouts are going as planned. Hows that body feel re-entering the chewing planet? [font/ book antiqua]

SANDRA - X [font/ book tahoma]
[i ]I miss you terribly--- No need for personals, just pop in and let us know the cake monsters haven’t snagged you! [font/ book antiqua]

[i ]SWIFTY - X [font/ book tahoma]
[i ]LOL on the dress/shoes! I agree that wearing anything but casual clothing is just not fun… I have never been one to love dress-up- Once I get the perfect outfit I start thinking how silly I’ll look with my casual face that only wears mascara! A girls life just never ends up being easy does it? Yep I LOVE being awake at odd hours… I prefer the earths energy when people are asleep and air is fume free. I haven’t had nor needed a “normal” sleep pattern since I was a child… My body likes to sleep deeply from 10pm – 2am…. Then I like a nap arpund 3-4pm…. Unfortunately that’s not harmonious with life usually! [font/ book antiqua]

Okie dokie Xers.... have a great day...I got BM2 to whip out in my extra 90 minutes this morning!:7

Hello sweet ladies! Hope everyone got lots of good sleep and is feeling rested and perky this morning. I feel better than I did yesterday....so I will be getting in SH chest and back...then I will be done with all the heavy lifting for a while. I am thinking about Nicole's suggestion to give upper a break for a week...and I may end up doing that. When I first started this rotation, my plan was to definitely take a recovery week...so maybe the timing is a sign!

Tracy...Thanks for starting us off...Waving as you fly by!

Traci...Thanks for all the kind words of support. Just kind of a crappy day yesterday...but back in the saddle we go! I know it must be frustrating to see your hard work take on unwanted changes. It is only temporary...and of course, think how much better you legs look now! You will be able to recover quickly once you are totally healed I am sure. How was your client last night?

Okay...bbl to catch up with last nights personals...gotta get DD to school!

Good Morning, ladies!!!!

Yes, it's actually morning in my world! And before 1100, too!!!

I literally hibernated yesterday. This weekend was not all that great for sleeping...I think that I averaged about 5 hours each day. That really catches up with me by Monday! I was so tired, I forgot to unpack my lunch cooler until yesterday evening.....good thing all there was was a few left-over carrots and hummus!

Eating it going great! I know that sounds really funny, but I stepped on the scale and I didn't gain any weight this week, but I didn't lose either. I'm happy with that!!!

Must mow the lawn this week!! I just didn't get to it last week and it's pretty hairy now! It's October and I still have a couple more months of this!x(

Anyone for coffee??? It's grinding as we "speak"....

Hugs!!!

Tracie: Noooooooo, I can't give him up not even for an hour:+ How are you doing today, lovely:) I’m good, finished workout late last night, I was rushing all evening, I hate that. I got up feeling good, guess what, I still haven’t taken ANY sleeping pills that's good news. Well lady don’t even sweat losing a little muscle remember muscles have memory a few weeks of lifting and BANG your guns are back, babe. This morning my plan was to do MIS, but I’m a cardio freak, all good in the hood, me guessx( going to push it out tonight:D cant wait.

Last night, I felt like cooking, I mixed a box of jiffy corn bread mix and layer in pan added tons of chili topped it with jiffy let bake bout an hour and its very good. Ted ate half woke me up when he got home baby this is good, I told him I'm done cooking for the MONTH :+

Hi, everyone! Quite fly by from Boston - no flight delays - have been eating clean and did Keep It Up/Six Pack from the hotel as planned. I think one of my tickets is strict regimentation. Then there's NO CHOICE but to do as I planned :)

Traci, love that BM2!!! I'm so jealous. I think the three week "rest" may do you good in the long term - and you have muscle memory that will help you bounce right back.

Amy, hibernating is allowed. You need it!! :)

Tracy, enjoy that yoga -

Teddygirl, glad the Ted-guy appreciates your cooking. That's gotta feel good.

have a wonderful day, everyone!!!
xoxoxo!

Just popping in to say today is Week 2/ Day 9/ Plyo/ Round 2.

UGH. Maybe, I'll sub something else. Right now, my head feels a bit heavy. Good news, I'm not as DOMMY as I was last week after C&B & ARX!

Be Back later today!

Ballistic Hugs to ALL!!!
Wendy

Good morning,
Was working on a post and then got the bright idea to remove some cookies from my computer. Bad idea. Had to restore back to yesterday. No time to write now as I'm off to work. Did do Lowmax intervals 4-7 this morning. Golf tonite.

Later,

Jeanette

Morning Xers,

Rotation: LGI8
Workout: Week4/Day6/BBC Shoulders & Back plus cardio

Took youngest DD to ballet class last night. Had to change her day because she was the only student that was there on Saturday. x( I'm a little bummed, because week days can get interferred with when school activities get in the way. Plus the fact that I may have to deal with rush hour traffic. Last night wasn't bad, but there will come a time when I get stuck in something. :(

Traci, LGI8 results so far: Not much to tell because I haven't taken any measurements yet. I will be taking those at the end of the 8 weeks. But I have lost 4lbs as of today. :) I still am able to go heavy on my weights, so I don't think that I have lost strength. I have been trying very very hard to eat well, and getting a 40-40-20 ratio in my food. I made it through this weekend with eating pizza and a glass of wine, and still was able to lose one pound. The one difference I have found with this rotation vs P90X. I am not as hungry or as tired. And of course being able to do different weight workouts each week has been a good thing. ;-) Glad you are seeing improvement in your legs. Once you are able to lift heavy again, I'm sure your body will have muscle memory (just as Cheryl said). ;-)

Tracy, Glad you are at least able to do a fly by! :) Have fun with your leg workout, and your walk.

Debra, You sure do sound happy today. :D Good for you. Good rotation that you created for SH. Those workouts really work nice for a one body part/day.

Teddygirl, You lucky lady. Ted cooks and cleans. :) I can't complain on the cleaning part with my DH, but the only thing he can cook is something on the grill. And then the last time he was in charge he burnt my steak!:7

Cheryl, So glad you are not having the delays in Boston. We had so much fog last night that no flights where going out of the airport.

Nicole, Our church is also a Lutheran church. It is a bit different than what I went through in my strict Lutheran church, and we where confirmed in the spring vs. during Reformation. Which if you think about it really makes sense. :) Martin Luther ... Reformation... and him creating the small catchism. :D

Swifty, I highly recommend the Yoga for Stress Relief. It is actually a very easy yoga workout, but I feel so good at the end of it. Alan Finger is the instructor, and he gets you really relaxed.

Wendy, Oh my on the emergency brake. So cool that Cathe was willing to take a picture with the sign. Had to LOL about the mental lady.

Jeanette, I had to LOL about you wanting to say bad words when with the priest. The weekend we went camping with the church group, someone brought McDonald coffee. No one was drinking it and the pastor said go ahead drink it. I go and say "what the Hell!" x( Could have just about died right there! :)

Have a great day!

Laurie

CTX 10*10*10

Off to attempt my workout. I probably shouldn't be doing it but I am OCD and must not quit in the smack middle of the week. My back is absolutely a mess!!x( By last night I could hardly move past vertical. Sitting is bad and getting up and down is a nightmare. I am getting very aggravated with this whole thing. It's never been this bad unless it's out. I have a feeling that's coming but I refuse to be added to the ever blossoming IL:p

I'll let you know how it goes. I may be headed for a full recovery week as it has been years since I have had a full rest.

Good (almost) Afternoon Xers!

I decided I liked the looks of Cathe's October rotation, so I jumped in this morning with S&H Chest & Back. I love the S&H series. I can't wait to see what she thinks up for her next set of workouts, which is supposed to be an updated S&H. My knee is back to normal today, and as I lifted this morning, it had some extra rest, too :D I even survived the driving yesterday, lol. It was very uneventful (yay!).

Wendy -- I hope you're feeling better today :D Great job pushing play on a tough day, though!! I definitely think you should come over and crack the whip ;-)

Nicole -- Thanks for the heads up, lol, but I'm not physically ready for the X right now. I need a few weeks of consistent workouts, which hasn't happened recently... I'll probably start when the next group does in Jan/Feb. I hope your back starts to feel better soon!!

Traci-X -- I hope you enjoy BM2 for the first time! It's such a fun workout (long, but fun!)

Cheryl -- GREAT JOB sticking to your routine while travelling!!

Hi to everyone else! I hope you all have a great day :D

Carol

I'm back!

I managed to finish and now I'm off to play with Wes as well as I can. As long as I support my upper body on something I can lean over slightly. I think picking up a 2 year old is not helping:( I go to the chiro tomorrow and it seems so far away.

TracyX, Yoga, legs and a walk sounds nice. I might need another yoga week at the rate I'm going. The problem is that I can't do sun salutations:( How was class last night? Only one more to go!

Traci-X, Glad you had a paying client last night:) How did your arm do?Are you getting excited for your upcoming trip? Did you get your laundry done? Good job doing BM2 as produced! I always feel so accomplished after that one:)

Anointed, Is Ted cleaning your carpet again today? Maybe he'll get the big spot out:D You are sounding very happy and I'm glad you are!

DebraX, I wish I could do heavy right now, but I guess I oicked a good week to do endurance workouts. I hope all goes well with your XDH. I know you're getting stressed about it. You need to go to the farmer's market and relax or go feed the mini donkeys:) How is DD liking school? I'm guessing if she has your personality she's making friends left and right:)

WendyX, Don't push yourself! You won't win any awards for it so go easy on yourself. Oh, I guess I should take the same advice:p PlyoX Is a tough one to get pumped up for. Maybe do CardioX instead.

Carol, How are your morning workouts going? I have it easy because I take the boys to school which wakes me up and then I come home and workout. I'll be doing the X again in Jan/Feb too so I'll be there with you:)

SwiftyX, Still banged up a bit? Hurry and ride before the weather changes. Sounds like you got some nice stuff the other day. I hate going out for that same reason. I'm not a shopper, mainly because it costs $:p

JeanetteX, Sorry you lost your post:( I think that's what happened when I lost mine the other day. How are you feeling? Is golf going well. I was thinking of you when my sister told me her driving range story. I guess she was out there with a bunch of 7-9 year olds and thought she could show them up. Turns out she's worse than she thought because the kids were hitting them straight as arrows and hers were all curve balls:p LowMax is always a fun one, but tough!

CherylX, thanks for flying by and waving as you went:) Glad you are keeping on track even on your trip ^5!

LaurieXX, Great job on the 4 lbs! I haven't lost weight in months:( Glad to have a fellow Lutheran around:) My boys actually go to school where we go to church so it's great. I am not looking forward to the time when I have to start taking the boys to all different sports. DS will start flag football in a couple of weeks and then I have to drive him to two games. It's an easy transition into sports.

LeaX, Where are you? I'm sure you're busy with the boys:)

Off I go to play:D

skip if you don't want to read my selfish post. Just felt like rambling at the moment.

I feel like CRAP! I think it's part cold, part allergies. Hopefully, the Sudafed sinus will kick in soon!!!

Taking a break from homeschool. Yes, we still haven't finished. Got off to a late start. I'm STILL in my pjs! Of course, my gf stopped by unannounced. I am so sick that I didn't even care if she saw my dirty dishes and hand-me-up ninja dancing pj pants!!!

Talked to my mom today. Crazy Wimpy Asian is extending her stay for an additional two weeks for jealous, selfish sister. Yes, I said that aloud!!!! Anyhow, mom and I are going to figure out how to apply for dual citizenship. She's thinking of moving back there in a few years for good. She has started investing money with her son in rental properties near the university. And, I just don't want to go through the hassle to get visas everytime I want to visit her.

Anyhooo, Cardio X doesn't look fun. I'm thinking of subbing for something like a steady state cardio with Cathe. I'll decide after grammar.

BBL for personals! Girls have finished their snack.
Wendy

Hi all,

Just stopping by to say hi!

I am still worn out from getting home so late yesterday, but I just need to snap out of it. It's all mental anyway. I'm getting ready to workout and maybe that will perk me up.

I'm going from memory on the personals so forgive me if I miss you.

Nicole - Take care of that back. I ignored those types of warning signals and ended up with a serious injury. You may have a bulging disc; same symptoms I had.

Wendy - I hope that you feel better. That is going around here too.

Traci - Interesting you are doing more cardio. I was going to ask you about that because I rarely see it in your workouts. The muscle builds back quickly. I tend to go into starvation mode when I can't workout as much which doesn't help.

Laurie - Did you loose 4 lbs? That's great if it was the intent.

Amy - Glad you haven't gained any weight.

Jeanette - Do you have pink golf clothes too?

Sandra & Lea - Where are you? Can you spare a quick Hi?

Annointed - You're around less, you must be filling up our time with Ted:)

Hi to Carol and Swifty,

I'd better get my a$$ in gear and get going.

Tracy

Hi everyone! How are you all doing?

TraciX - how's the recuperation going? How's your lower body doing with your new assault? I'm curious how you liked BM2 today? I know your attention span doesn't usually allow for you to do an entire 96mins of the same workout :) .

NicoleX - My friend, take care of your back!! Pleeeease consider taking a few days off in order to prevent having to take weeks or even months off from serious injury.

WendyX - Why, you appear to be acting as someone who is doing another round of P90X!! Is Phil joining along this time, again? I'm excited to read that you've entered the Land of Unassisted Pull Ups! Between that and the levitation holds you learned to do, you're kicking butt. When do you leave for Thailand?

DebraX - Oh dear, things are sounding very stressful for you right now. I cannot express how impressed I am that you continue to do serious, consistent workouts when going through so much turmoil.
Enjoy your massage.

JeanetteX - Is cycling season winding down? Do you plan to join the Garage Boys again this year? Or has the Golfing World fully engulfed you now?

TracyX - How is the busy professional in our group? Is your morning yoga/evening workout schedule working magic for you? Did you see the desired changes in your lower body that you'd hoped for, with your last rotation?

LaurieXX - Do you plan to do a 3rd round of the X?

Amy - Are you enjoying solid food again? Did you accomplish what you'd hoped with your shake-month?

Anointed - I'm not following everything that's going on these days, but I see frequent references to Ted. I hope it's all good.

Here's a huge shout out to Cheryl, AmyX, LeaX, Carol!!

We went to Jasper last weekend (national park in the Canadian Rocky Mountains) and spent time hiking through mountains. Lovely, lovely time. The kids had a blast.

I'm doing another week of the SH series, but this time I'm combining it with the CTX series. By the end of the week I'll have hit every muscle group 2x (legs 3x), and done some cardio each day. I'm pairing the SH and CTX weight work in a push-pull fashion. My week looks like this:

MON: SH Legs; CTX All-Step (incl. shoulders & abs)
TUES: SH Triceps; CTX Kickbox (incl. biceps, planks & abs)
WEDS: SH Chest; CTX Power Circuit (incl. back, planks, & abs)
THURS: SH Biceps & abs; CTX 10-10-10 (incl. triceps)
FRI: SH Shoulders; CTX Leaner Legs (incl. abs)
SAT: SH Back & planks; CTX Step & Intervals (incl. chest)
SUN: rest

I may do the same thing next week with SH and the Body Blast Timesaver workouts.

Can you tell I'm more than ready for the 4-Day Split?! In the mean time, I keep thinking about P90X, but I'm forcing myself to hold off on that until I've had a dose of the 4-Day Split. Plus, my elbow still needs to improve before starting all those P90X push ups and pull ups. With the help of Ibuprofen, the lump has gotten much smaller, but it's still there. I may go see a doctor soon just to make sure this really is just an inflammed bursa sac, and not something more serious.

Thank you sooo much to everyone who commented on my cakes! To answer Wendy's question (I think?), the flowers on the basket-weave cake are made from Royal Icing, which is very stiff, and dries hard. You make them days in advance, then just position them on the cake when it's ready. The basket weave didn't take very long at all, which is probably why it's a bit sloppy in places :) I need to practice my patience. I've frozen that cake, and we'll probably eat it when my parents come for a visit in a couple of weeks.

Cheers!
SandraX

SandraX, Good to see you today! I see you jumped back in to working out with both feet:D I am so jealous of all this S&H talk. My back just won't take it right now:( Hopefully the chiro can fix it tomorrow and all will be well. My mother actually had two discs replaced so I think it's in the genes. I'm looking everyday and hoping to see a post on Cathe's blog that she's sending out the new workouts but I think it will be a bit longer}(

WendyX, Sorry you're feeling so cruddy today:( At least I know I didn't give it to you. If it's what I had you should start feeling better tomorrow. Take it easy and take care:)

TracyX, I am afraid it will get worse but I am so anal I can't allow myself to stop unless I am physically unable. You sound like you're worn out! Maybe you should fit a nice massage in there ASAP:)

Off to do dishes and fix dinner,

Nicole

Hi there kiddos! Finally back for a little chat. Everyone seems to be busy as usual. I ended up doing SH chest and back plus abs this morning...then I did Eion's quickie this afternoon. Needed a dose of honey. I had my massage today which was good...but feeling a little achy this evening. Tomorrow I have my yoga class...then I will try to get a little cardio in tomorrow afternoon. I think I am going to take Nicole's advice and take a recovery week...some weights...but only light..like Squeeze and maybe a couple of Cathe's circuits and some pilates added into my yoga. That should get me through XDH's visit (arriving in 5 days and counting).

Okay...onto personals.....

Amy...Hope you got your lawn mowed in record time! Glad to hear that integrating solid meals is going well.

Teddygirl...Good you got your cooking out of the way on the 2nd...Now you have 29 days of no cooking!

Cheryl...Hope your time in Boston and NY goes well.

Jeanette....Hope you are having fun with golf tonight...Don't use too many four letter words! Someone may think you are not girly enough to have that pink golf bag.

Laurie...Sorry you had to change DD's dance time. Can't believe you didn't have enough participation on a Saturday...those times always get booked up here. Congrats on the weight loss!

Nicole...Sorry your back is giving you so much trouble! Hope the chiro does the trick for you tomorrow. Thanks for the kind words on XDH...I am taking DD to the county fair on Friday...so I bet we will see some critters there. I am already planning on going back to the farmer's market...I made a flank steak tonight that I got from one of the beef vendors there...and I have to tell you...it was the most tender and juicy flank steak I have ever had! I love the market! Thanks for the advice about taking a recovery week....I am just as superficial as you...LOL! My XDH is going to be surprised when I see him...I have lost about 8 pounds since I saw him last and have really leaned out...WooHoo! DD is enjoying school and she has really gotten a more outgoing lately, which is good. Are your boys in the same school they were in last year? Any traumatic changes for them?

Wendy...So sorry you are feeling so yucky still. Wish I had a pic of you in the ninja pjs, though! How are you feeling about your mom possibly moving back to Thailand? How long has she been lived in this country? Take it easy when you aren't feeling well...don't workout if you are not feeling up to it.

Tracy...Sorry you are feeling out of sorts...Hope you got your workout in...I know that will make you feel better!

Sandra...I love your rotation!!!! That would have never occurred to me. You are very inventive! Maybe I will copy you when we get the new Cathe's in. Look at you with all of the outdoorsy stuff...hiking and all! Things are definitely stressful right now...but overall I am feeling okay. I will be glad when next week is over. I am sure your cake will be fabulous when you eat it in a couple of weeks.

Traci...Now when do you leave on vacation again?? I may need you this weekend with my crazy XDH coming in town!

Think I am done for now...Waving to Swifty...Hope no more woodchucks have run in your path. And dear, sweet Lea...hope all is well in your neck of the woods!

See you guys tomorrow!

Carol...We did the same workout today. Hope all is going well with you.

Hi, everyone - made it safely to NYC -

Debra, sorry you're achy - and I hope the yoga helps. I'll be glad with you when the visit with XDH is over with!!! Hard things.

Nichole, I can't believe you worked out with your back that way! We are sick, sick, sick (I'm OCD too, I think, so I can relate!!) :)

Tracy, bummer you're feeling under the weather.

Wendy, only you could manage to make a pair of kids ninja pajamas look cute! I'm sure of it! I sure hope you get to feeling better.

Uneventful flight to NY - good meetings - Ate clean (Yayy!) and finishing up the day with a snack of air-popped popcorn and diet ice tea at the hotel. Now that's my kind of travel work day.

Late flight tomorrow, but except for that it should actually be a fun day. I'll do Firm It Up here in the hotel room for my workout.

Tomorrow night I'll be HOME! Yayy!!!

have a great night, everyone - and I hope everyone sleeps well!

Cheryl

DebraX, I long to live somewhere that has a good farmer's market. I went to visit my grandparents last year in Arkansas and we had fresh veggies from the garden and meat from one of their cows and it was all sooooo good! Here in CA you can get some of those things at a farmers market but it is so expensive and there isn't much variety:( I'm glad you are going to take a little recovery week. I remember when I was doing P90X that my muscles would hold lots of water when I was lifting heavy and then lean out during recovery. I miss those day}( Sounds like DD has found her niche:) Yes, my boys are in the same school and I am so happy because they LOVE it! So many blessings to be thankful for, huh?

Goodnight all,

Nicole
