DebraX, You got quite a menagerie of workouts in today At least you mixed things up. My DG's service will be on Saturday in AZ where all of her friends are. I cannot go because my brother is getting married on Saturday and Tallon is in the wedding. It's ok with me though because I think being with her this week was more important than being at her burial. Have fun reminiscing tomorrow!
TracyX, Thank you for the thoughts. We are glad it was so fast. DM is tough, glad you got in in. I am wanting to lift heavy and do more cardio but my back is telling me otherwise. I hope it heals soon. That's the pits that it's so hot. I am glad it has been a steady 80 and cool at night
SandraX, That's funny, when I was vegan I started gaining weight by the end. It was for the same reason, lack of protein. I think it's easy to fall into a routine of easy carb loaded food when your vegan. I don't think adding lean protein would do any harm. With as much as you workout I think it would be smart. Have you had the tofu chocolate shake in Nancy Clark's book? It's good! A little soy isn't bad, it's just when it is your primary source of nutrition that it becomes a problem.
