Hi Xers,

Another Saturday morning. I hope everyone is enjoying the beginning of their weekend.

BBL,

Tracy

Morning Tracy & all to follow.... Havent read yesterday afternoon yet but will do so shortly.

Today will be Yoga Pilates Blend- Ellen Barrett. Will have DH in house most of morning as a small storm is quickly passing thru.

Back with personals later... GREAT Saturday to all & THANK YOU ALL so much again for Birthday wishes here & OD. I treasure you all so much!

Grabbing more coffee then I shall read!

Good morning!

Drinking my cup of coffee and trying to figure out my day. I was thinking of doing ME today, then decided to do PUB and a short cardio, but now I'm realizing that I am about to go back to the X, and I've never done the BM2 Bootcamp premix. So, I shall review my notes on the premix and see if I want to do that instead. I do enjoy being able to pick my workouts based on how I'm feeling every day, rather than a set rotation. The only thing written in ink for me over the next month is going to be the P90X upper body weight workouts. The rest is all in pencil, and subject to change at any moment :) I'm looking to keep the fun factor higher this time around.

DebraX - LOL about napping with your back to the kitchen! Clever! Yes, the fortunate/unfortunate thing about living in Edmonton is the easy access to West Edmonton Mall.

Katie - Building a new house!! Very exciting! We did that 2 years ago. We were supposed to move in on Jan 27/06, but the house wasn't ready until May 6/06!! I sincerely hope you don't end up waiting longer. Living in an apartment after being used to an entire house must be very very difficult. Much less maintenance though, hey?

JeanetteX - I'm glad you enjoyed the BG premix! BG was the workout I was least interested in, and yet I've come to love it the most. I think all 4 workouts are top notch, though. I'm getting way more use out of BM2 than I thought I would. I've been slacking with my yoga. Not good. I'm saving Janis for next Saturday. I'll do it instead of KenpoX. I just did KPC yesterday; kickboxing isn't my favourite cardio so I don't usually do it more than once a week. Do you mush up your bananas and put them in your oatmeal? I'm looking for a fresh way to eat my oatmeal. My favourite way is with brown sugar, raisins and milk. That's not the healthy way, is it? Have a great day in the desert today.

TraciX - I hope the doggies don't get too frightened by the storm.

TracyX - good morning!

LeaX - how are you feeling today?

I finally had a very good eating day yesterday! What a relief to feel like I did something nice for my body. I'm developing a cold, and DD#1 is hacking her head off this morning. Hopefully I won't be too congested on Monday morning. I have a zillion pushups/pullups to do!

Have a great day,
SandraX

Hi gang. I just wrote out this very very long personal and I was almost done and the darn thing deleted. So pmsing like I am, I am not very happy right now. I will try later. UGH!!! I am going to do BM2 bootcamp today at Sandra's suggestion. I hope that will knock some sense into me.

Gotta go get some coffee. Talk to you all later.

Lea

Ok- Back again with fresh coffee in hand!

Sandra: You once again have me chuckling with your plan of the day.. I too love the spontanaity factor but I also know that for me it can quickly turn into procrastination! So sorry a bug is staying at your house! Hope it comes & goes quickly...Tony doesnt like bugs and accepts no excuses ya know?! You have me VERY excited to use KPC/LG as one of my "doubles". That actually works perfectly as I am using the BodyBlast & Intensity Series as my cardio/ lower additions. YIPPEE! Thanks for the promo! LOL on the cake... We opted for Hostess Chocolate Cupcakes last night! Less dangerous than a full size cake! I did indeed see your extremely sweet post on OD... I even read them to DH. He responded with "I guess your friends express what I feel much better than I do" I told him no sweat- men can never compare to female friends... A treasure of a gift in this life.
BTW: 35#??? WTheck? I was THRILLED with my 20's for back! You are tough tough tough... and NO WORRIES on me ever being in danger in a famine! You're a hoot! I do recall your response on logs... I'm glad my anal retention is of good use to you! My Finn DVD is shipped and due to arrive Wed so I can give you some feedback once I see it.

Jeanette: What a late night for you! So nice to know I am not the Den Mother! I only hope I am as strong and active as you are (energizer bunny!) in 4 years..... Must be something to all that biking! Time to get serious with mine! I cant think of the Speedbody instructor right now but do recall its SpeedBody.com. Theres not much info on website but they do have some sort of guarentee you may want to check out. Also- get additional feedback from Lorajc as it was my snooping on HCFM checkin that made me get it.

Katie: Congrats on the quick sell of house! I bet you are having culture shock being in an apt! I've always been a bit in both so it doesnt bother me (especially less cleaning) but I dont have children either just dogs.

Debra: Cracking me up with that kitchen! Spring Cleaning is TOUGH work! I usually make the initial mess... stress about the mess... put it all back to get it out of site! Not a recommendation on how to get things done! Next time I'll try the cocktail approach like you! LOL on Tragically Hips! That will be me FOR SURE next week when my copy arrives!!

Wendy: Happy Day 3 of X! Its just priceless reading about your DH experience! Maybe its better he doesnt post with or or you might hold back! Your life is indeed exciting! We all have the less than perfect parts that just make us into the wonderful adults we become. Thats how I look at my life.... lots of "stuff" that today = Traci.

Laurie - It appears you and are are still part of the spring chickens group! HOORAY!!!

Lea: Thanks for Costco tip- We have Sams Club out here and that will be a stop for me next week... GREAT IDEA! Hope you are feeling chipper, happy, and full of energy today.... OK- If thats too much to ask I hope you at least feel better than cr**!!!! Just read todays post! LOL- Dont worry about re-posting personals... ITS PMS WEEK! You get extra slack! {{{{LEA}}}}}}}}

TRACY: Whats your plan for a week of being off work? You usually have exciting things to do so please share!

Steph: Hope you are OK !!!

Dont think I missed anyone! I sure hope not

Back this afternoon!

Ok, 2nd cup of coffee in hand. 20 minutes to wait until I give cat shot, so I will now try to do the personal thing again.

Tracy X - Thanks for starting the thread, yet again.

Traci X - Funny thing about Costco, DH doesn't want to do it now. He likes Trader Joe's better. My fantastic idea, blown out of the water. Oh well. I have to live it through you and Sandra. Thank you for being so sweet and gentle with me on your personal to me today. I feel loved:* .

Sandra X - We must compare notes later, yes? I for one am excited about BM2. Thank you for all of your premix suggestions. You are premix queen.

Wendy - How is day 3 treating you and DH? If your DH really wanted to, he should post on the BB forum. There are lots of men doing the X on there. I have to say that you are an amazing woman. 6 kids, homeschooling and working out. Lovely. My boys are 6 and 3 and fight constantly. Being an only child, I am so not use to that. I too just want peace and love in the house. But I guess that is boys for you.

Katie - Glad that your house sold quickly. Sorry about the apartment situation though. That can't be fun.

Debra X - I told my mom about you making Russia suggestion and she loved it, so thank you. I hope that you got your drawers all cleaned out. I hate that job. Actually, I just hate cleaning.

Laurie X - I love your goals for XX. Yes, you must pick up Tosca's book. Such an easy read, but gives out clean eating info so that it is easy to understand.

Jeanette X - I only have CC #4. Love it and will probably purchase another one. I will probably make that a good sub for Cardio X during the doubles rotation. Have a great time in the desert with your DH and the dogs. Sounds really nice. I hope the weather is as nice in northern Cal as it is in Southern Cal.

All right gals. Time to go get the insulin prepped and then do BM2 bootcamp(one riser only, knees are a little achey from all the cardio this week). Until later.

Lea

Good morning ladies! Hope you are all well this morning. Note to self....Do not let your 6 year old sleep in the same bed as you. DD was having some sort of nightmare panic before bed and I let her sleep with me...which I NEVER do...and now I know why. What a thrasher! And she slept in the middle of the bed...and she hogged the covers all night. Who knew a 6 year old could cause so much havoc?!? So, I am not feeling my perkiest this morning. Then....that crazy dog of mine! I take her out to do her morning business and while I am bending down to pick it up, she spots a bunny and takes off...of course, my wrist was still attached to the leash as she went tearing off. So now I am bruised and scraped on the same wrist that I have been nursing for the past month...GRRR! Hope your weekend has started off better than mine!

I am planning on doing PUB and Push/Pull---shoulders, tris and bis today...plus some sort of ab video. My booty is sore from yoga yesterday...but in a good way! I did get my drawers done last night...and things organized in the office...so now I just have to file stuff in the office and I will be done. WooHoo! The cocktail really helped things go by more pleasantly!

Okay...on to personals...

Jeanette...I know nothing about horses...So what is the difference between English and Western...besides the saddle? Any info you have wold be helpful to me at this point! My DH also had a standard poodle when he was younger...It was the dog that all other dogs are measured against since! My doodle is not nearly as bright as a poodle...but she is very sweet and wants to please. I don't remember, but I am sure you will be trying to get a long ride in this weekend....How is the weather out there?

Tracy...Thanks for starting us off...Hope you are having a good Saturday!

Traci...Glad you had a great bday...Hope your storm moves through quickly. You will like the Eoin Finn DVD...One of the things that I really liked about tragically hips is that you don't do a million Sun Salutations...I know they are good to warm up with, but I get bored if I do too many...This video sped by for me. And I certainly got some good glute work..and he had poses that you don't usually see. Hope you have fun with Ellen today...I like some of her stuff...but sometimes she gets on my nerves.

Lea...Sorry about your computer snafu...I hate it when that happens!!!! Speaking of insulin...how is kitty doing? I looked at your picture trail the other day...I think my kitty may be fatter than yours! Someone was over the other day and thought she was pregnant. Everyone always says "Oh! She's big!" when they see her..and she just glares at them. Your boys are precious...and look like they are a handful! Have fun with BM2...I think that is such a great DVD...so much to do!

Sandra...Hope you guys start feeling better soon...I have had some allergies this spring...let me add that this is something I have grown into..I never had allergies when I was younger...Just another one of those lovely things about getting older! Glad you got some good food yesterday. Hope you finally decided which workout to do...It is a big decision..I know...I try to think about it as I am going to sleep the night before so that I have a mind set in the morning...but half the time I change my mind anyway!

Hi to Wendy, Katie, Laurie, and Steph....I'll bbl to check on you guys!

Good Day Xers!

Unfortunately, I can't give y'all my report on how dh did with Plyo. He confessed that he could only handle 20 seconds of each drill. We just finished Day3: Arms & Shoulders and AbRX. Phil feels like he's been violated by Tony. Ha-Ha! During AbRX, he wanted to know where did they come up with these moves, from some medieval witch hunting book? Then he started pointing at me shrieking, "She's a witch, she's a witch, she can't do it all!" LOL Poor guy is now drinking his recovery drink and chasing it with Dunkin Doughnuts coffee.

We're about to leave for his parent's house in NJ. I'll be back later tonight for personals.

Have a Great Saturday!

Wendy

x( x( x( x(MISS SANDRA X}( }( }( }( - Yes, you!!! I am yelling at you! I am soooooo spent right now from doing Boot Camp premix. Thanks a lot!!:p LOL. Funny how I can do the whole 90 minutes and not feel so spent, but doing the bootcamp version, ugh!!!!! So, really, thank you for the suggestion. Why did they leave the stretch in there after segment 4 when there was one more segment to do? Guess I will have to ff next time. Feel better. And hope DD feels better too.

Debra X - Kitty is doing good with insulin. Have to take her back to the vet on Monday to do a glucose curve and they will probably raise her insulin intake since she is downing the water(like I down beer:+ ). She is not so big anymore since she lost the weight, but I am trying to get her fat again. LOL on your cat. They are viscious when they want to be huh? Take care of that wrist girl. Sorry it hurts so bad. I know about kids thrashing in bed. I have got a few bumps and bruises in my back and stomach from all the kicking going on.

Wendy - Your DH sounds too funny. I hope he survives. That plyo is a toughie though. All I have to say is mmmm...DD coffee. I get to get some of that for me in August since I will be on the east coast. Have fun in Jersey. My FIL lives there and we will probably be there in November.

Ok, time for my recovery drink now....Take care, have an awesome Saturday.

Hi again!

Oops. Sorry LeaX. That was rather hard, wasn't it? I got part way through the first power circuit and realized that my legs were feeling shaky from yesterday's workout. Your heartrate is all over the place in that workout, isn't it? Up, down, up, down. It reminded me a lot of the Viper from the Terminator dvd. The circuits are really long, and your heartrate can really come down in between the cardios. By the start of the fourth cardio I was cooled down too much and my legs didn't really want to get going again. But I told them to get moving. I thought it was strange to keep that cool-down & stretch at the end of the 4th power circuit, too. I did it, though, 'cause it felt nice. Did you tack the tricep kickbacks on at the end? I did, because I'm anal in that regard. Overall, though, I feel like I got a hard workout, and the old body deserves a rest day tomorrow. I love doing familiar workouts all mixed up. I want to do the scrambled eggs premix one day. That really sucks that you lost your long post!!!! Thanks for retyping. Me, premix Queen?? Interesting! For years I refused to try any of them. Then one day I said What the heck, and gave one a whirl. I love them now. My dvd player is also easily programmable, so over the years I've made up some premixes of my own that I really like. I have a premix that combines SB and KPC from the Timesaver dvd, if you're interested, and your player is programmable. It's good. Very good.

TraciX - I LOVE your laptop at the bay! Woohoo! Cupcakes instead of a full cake is a brilliant idea. I hope they were yummy. DH is picking up the new dumbells for me today. I was teasing him about needing my help to carry them to the car :) I think you're going to love the KPC/LG premixes. Cathe did a brilliant job creating all the BB workouts to work so well together.

DebraX - oooh, you may be on to something there! I think DD's sniffles and coughs may be allergy related. I never thought about my own, though. Our snow made great strides in melting this past week, so we have lots of "snow mold" circulating now. It snowed again this morning for a few hours, but it appears to be melting fast. Jeepers you can't catch a break with your wrist!!! You poor thing! I hope it hasn't been exacerbated again. Nice job on organizing yesterday. Time to come do my house now :)

Wendy - loved the story about DH! There's something gleeful about being able to out-exercise the husband, isn't there? I'm sure he'll make quick improvements. How did you like Shoulders & Arms? It's typically a favourite.

Time to go prepare for today's visitors. Have a nice afternoon!

Hi Xers and soon to be aspiring double Xers,

Today I did the WU and first two sections of Stepin N’ Rhythms. It is the first step that I have done in 3 weeks. I couldn’t work hard enough to break a sweat, but it did feel good. I’m going to do a push up medley a little later.

Sorry, but a little about me. I still haven’t gone to the dr, but I’m convinced that I have piriformis syndrome which is the inflammation of the, you guessed it, piriformis muscle, which lies deep in the glute. On some people the sciatic nerve is embedded in that muscle and when the muscle is inflamed so is the nerve. I did a search on OD and I’m surely not the only one with it. I think that Kest even comments on that muscle before doing the pigeon pose.

While searching and reading, I did find out something that was also very interesting about soft tissue injuries. This is highly simplified and it may be common knowledge, but I didn’t know it! When they are not assisted to heal properly, collagen and other non-muscles fibers go to the injured site and sort of act as a repair thus forming scar tissue. The tissue never quite regains its full flexibility, and that is why we tend to have reoccurring injuries in the same area.

I think that I need to find someone who knows about muscular imbalances because that is one of the causes. I’m just not sure who professional that would be. Any suggestions?

I finally have time to do personals some justice

Traci – I hope that you are enjoying the bay and the laptop. No big plans for this week. I have to fly back down to FL and ride back with my Mom. I’m leaving Thursday and coming back on Sunday. The only other things I’ll be doing are cleaning, because the house is just about at the point of no return and not sitting much, because that really aggravates my piriformis problem. Mioria Scott is the pilates that I have. I just watched a little of it. Way to slow moving. I’m sure that’s why I didn’t like it to begin with. Any suggestions for good pilates? This is OT, but the other day they were talking about a murder case in Texas where the guy killed this girl, and they were going to search the landfill, but it cost too much and then they found out that he spent two days barbequing her. Did that make big news? Sounds rather gruesome.

Lea –You know I am the Costco queen. I do buy quite a few veggies there, but you have to be careful because some are coated with some nasty chemicals and they do not agree with me. I have the executive membership and you get 2% back, so it almost pays for the membership. I haven’t tried any of the BM2 premixes. I can’t wait until I can actually do them I did like the upper body work.

Sandra – Glad you had a good eating day. I’ve been off a little with making the cake for DS and probably not eating enough. I have a psychological block about eating too much when I’m not working out much. My DS is not very social and birthdays aren’t a big deal here so we just had cake and he had a couple of friends over. My son has had a terrible time with allergies this spring. They have been particularly bad here. I developed an allergy to citric acid in my 30s. It has not been pleasant. My Mother is fighting chronic hives (7 years). I really think that our environments are playing havoc with our bodies.

Debra – Sorry about the wrist. So the doodle isn’t very smart? It’s cute though. I like the combination workouts that you have been doing. I’ve been doing total upper body 3x per week the last couple of weeks. I’m going back to a split after next week. I really enjoy magically hips too. I think that he gives some nice pointers about how to position your feet and legs so that you are working to improve flexibility instead of just playing into the tightness that you have, like keeping your knee facing upward etc.

Wendy – Yes ARX is deceptively difficult as are the other routines if you give it your all. Plus it has a cumulative effect. I just love the upper body routines from phase 1, they are my favorites.

Well off to do some pushups.

Tracy

Hi there ladies! Hope you are all having a nice day with your families! Let's see...I got my workout done today...PUB + Push/Pull---shoulders, tris, and bis. Then I did abs on the ball from B&G. So I felt good and strong after. I already have some DOMS in my abs..WooHoo! DD had a birthday party to go to this afternoon, so I went to the grocery store...not my favorite chore.

Tracy...Very interesting info on the soft tissue injuries..I didn't know that either. Sorry your back is still hurting. I'm glad you were able to get in some light cardio. Maybe a physical therapist could help you heal up that injury and strengthen that muscle for you. My friend just had to see one for a few weeks after a running injury...and she feels much better now...and has some tips to keep from re-injuring that muscle. He also gave her some exercises to do and other tips to keep injury free with her running.

Wendy...Your husband is cracking me up...but bless his little heart that he is trying to stick with it! Don't you feel a little superior, though? It's kind of nice isn't it!

Lea...Glad kitty is doing well. It's so tough to have a sickly animal. Glad you had fun with your premix today! Have fun with the family this evening.

Sandra... Hope you survived yet another playdate today! You really don't want me to organize your house...I'm really not very good at it...hence the reason I only do it once a year. We usually move about now...I think we've been here longer than anywhere, in fact. So usually I get rid of a lot of junk when we move...and we're a bit overdue.

Alright...I guess I'll go for now...Have a nice evening ladies...I won't be checking in until later tomorrow since DD and I are going to the flea market in the morning. Wish me luck in finding some great deals!

Debra

Good evening!

Didn't have time to post this morning. Did my Janis Saffel Kickbox workout today and really enjoyed it. I'm really surprised that the B&G Leg Blast premix didn't leave me sore at all. Hmmm, even firewalkers didn't do anything. I've been doing lots of squats and lunges with Slim Series so maybe that's why. Anyways, the kickboxing was a good workout, not too hard, not too easy. You know me, I'm no intensity junkie.

DH, my brother and my nephew and I had a nice trip to the desert. It was dusty, dusty, dusty! I took some pictures and will try to upload them to my Picture Trail later. We were all really gritty when we got back. Part of the problem is we have a half windshield on the Rhino that is great for cold weather (blocks the wind), but also keeps in the dust and creates a vacuum. It's coming off real soon like. Helped DH clean the Rhino up when we got back, changed the air filter too that was REALLY clogged up. I did most of the driving today for a change and enjoyed it. Need to work on the bike club newsletter tonite after I get done posting here. Anyway, a really nice day and not a speck of housework done except loading the dishwasher. Tomorrow is a club bike ride. Supposed to be windy in the afternoon but hopefully we will be done by then.

Sandra, I think the way you will be doing the X is great. I think if I do it again soon, I will do it like you are doing. I'm all for the fun factor in these workouts. I cut up my bananas into small pieces and put them in the hot oatmeal. Had that this morning and it was yummy, also added cinnamon and nutmeg too. I'm staying away from buying craisins. Those are great in oatmeal too. I swear, I could eat oatmeal every meal and snack of the day. I swear. I'm sending out good vibes to you that it's not a cold you have, but allergies.

Traci, hope your birthday yesterday was absolutely wonderful! Cupcakes was the way to go if you were watching the sweets, unless of course, you might have had a multitude of them. Did you get any special stuff for your birthday? I'll have to do a search for Speed Body comments from Lorajc. She's got just about every workout known to man, next is you. Janis was good today. I have to get past the red pants and red walls. Cathe has us so spoiled. It did remind me of KenpoX intensity, which I like. There will be much room for improvement for me, especially with those roundhouse kicks and double kicks.

Lea, I think I hear a lot of people say how tough CC#4 is. I've done it once and it was tough. I like #3 with the sprints and I did #5 once and it was a lot of fun and a little longer. Loved it on my bike. So BM2 Bootcamp is tough, huh? You're tough too!! Anyone that can fix a toilet is A-OK in my book and tough!

Debra, dang it, for the dog hurting your wrist. You sure didn't need that. Hope it doesn't set you back. Way to go on getting your drawers organized. I sure need to do that. Manana. Okay, English and Western riding. Of course the saddle is different. When you see people jumping on TV (like in the Olympics going over big tall jumps), that is English riding. When you see rodeo riders (barrel racers, calf ropers, cutting horses), that is Western riding. I've done both, but spent a long time doing English riding, jumping, foxhunting, dressage (think Lipizzan horses). Personally, I enjoyed the technical aspects of English riding more. However, I really enjoyed working cattle and you usually do that western style. Western riding has a longer leg under you and you ride more off of your butt, while English riding (especially hunt seat) you ride more off of your crotch. Don't know if this helps or not. You might ask your daughter what she likes. A lot of kids and adults show their horses and ride both English and Western style within a single show. Oh yeah, enjoy the flea market tomorrow. That sounds like fun.

Wendy, that's funny about your DH and Ab Ripper X. My DH moaned and groaned all the way thru it the first time he did it, I mean like it was really, really painful. Your DH will get better at PlyoX. Now he knows what it's like. Mentally, the first time I do a workout it is tougher. Gets better from there.

Tracy, hope you find someone to help with your pirif... Ouch! I'm thinking a physical therapist could help with that. Thanks for the info on injuries. I've been knocking on wood for a long time now...

DH is taking a shower now and will be giving the dogs each a shower too. I have to go dry them off when he finishes them. The German Shorthair doesn't mind the shower, but the dachshund goes and hides under the couch.

Jeanette

Hi Ladies,

I know it's late, but I'm finally back for personals. First, I want to tell all of you ladies how warm and welcoming you all are! Thank you for opening your forum to me with such sweetness. If anything good comes from doing P90X, it's getting to know y'all!

I doubt dh will sign up and post. He's really not a typist or a talker. He's really a shy and quiet guy. When we dated, I often caught him laughing to himself and would force him to tell me what was so funny. His fear of offending someone holds him back from being more outgoing and sharing his humor. I LOVE him so much because he's so reserved; unlike me! LOL

However, I think he's tickled that his progress is being monitored by such strong, P90X graduates and soon to be first-timers. It must be a guy ego thing. LOL I can outlast him in cardio and drills, but he can lift over twice as much as me. I just do a better job at pacing myself than he does which is why you don't hear me crying for mercy! ;-)

Does anyone get sore in their inner thighs from Plyometrics? I feel like I played soccer all day yesterday! I have no idea how much I worked myself or liked Shoulders/Arms as any pain it caused was masked by my current Chest/Back DOMS. LOL

TraciX: You know, when my aunt heard of what had happened in my life over the years, she was so brokenhearted because she wasn't in my life to offer me support and guidance. I told her something similar: that I'm a better person for living the life I've lived. My past made me who I am now. And, I really like who I am! I say that in a not so prideful way, more of an accepting way. I don't think I could have said that about myself during my teens and 20's.

SandraX: Oooo, you gotta stay healthy enough to start your next P90X rotation. I highly recommend taking some Airborne if it's not allergy related. If it's allergy, Sudafed sinus from the pharmacy is my drug of choice.

Lea: Oh, don't worry about how you look on the beach! When we go to the NJ shore, the best looking ladies are the ones who workout and have kids. It seems like the teenagers these days don't notice their own cellulite! Then again, I grew up in Florida. Maybe, it's different in the northern climates. BTW, what's the problem with your cat? Does she have diabetes? About peace and brothers... hmmm Isn't it a requirement that they have their battles? LOL I don't know if it was personalities or what with my girls. I placed a lot more responsiblity on the older ones by the time their sisters came along. I would tell them if they wanted their little sister to be loving, they needed to teach them how to be loving by loving them first. When the younger ones got old enough to understand more, they soon learned how to put others before themselves. I think we encouraged and complimented their selfless efforts more than pointing out their weaknesses too. Gosh, it's really a full time job teaching siblings to be friends. Ultimately, they have to chose if they will be or not. Your boys are still young and sibling strifes are natural!!!

Debra: I've added on to your sweet comment... Bless his little heart that can't pump enough blood for Plyometrics! LOL I'm so bad! So, you had a little thrasher in your bed last night. Hope you got enough sleep to last for the day. The most I have to deal with is my little 6 year old. I just shove her to the bottom of my bed when she starts acting up. But, she's a dog, not a child. LOL As for your dog, you can always threaten him with a visit from Cesar Milan! Did you find any good deals at the flea market to fill your organized drawers?

Tracy: I'm sorry I can't give you any advice about muscle imbalance. Prior to reading your post, I always thought muscle imbalance meant that one's muscles were out of proportion, like my quads. LOL I've never heard of piriformis syndrome. It doesn't sound good. I hope you can find a doctor that can help relieve any pain from it. I'm not a fan of AbRipperX. Maybe, once I can do it all, I'll learn to love it.

Have a great weekend everyone!
Wendy
