Happy Happy Saturday- We all made it to the weekend!!
Last night was my free meal for the week and I guess eating badly causes me to only need 5 hours of sleep! Wide awake today at 2:15am!I did Chilis so I could have the nutritional info online to look up...1405 calories, 77 grams fat, 84g carbs, 13g fiber, 42g protein- What A Free meal that was!! It was PERFECT!!! I know that sounds awful but eating whatever I want 1 meal a week keeps me 100% clean all the rest of the time without feeling deprived. Its a system that mentally works wonders for me. I did laugh twice tho and told DH between bites that I could hear & see Tony saying something about go grab a burger... I think its in both Master Series & X! That little devil}(
I have Amy Bentos All Pump Extreme on tap this morning and also want to get out for a little jog with Coach Sean.... I missed him this winter! The All Pump is 90 minutes so I'll need to get all over it as soon as DH wakes up. BBQ isnt til 3 so I have plenty of time...DH has to take one of the "kids" to vet at 8am so I'll be free for awhile.
Looks like the only person who snuck in behind me last night was MONICA!:7 Hi there stranger!!!! So good to see you... I just figured you got tired of all the non X talk as we have become such a chatty group some days. I dont think its rude at all! Your challenge post X sounds very familar... I really think thats propbably the norm for most people...kinda flounder a bit. Your new plan looks doable and seems to cover all your needs so go for it! Did you see that Sandra made a generic rotation as well? Seems thats a good way to do it! Whatever works is what I say. Yes I'll be starting Round 2 of X (doubles modified a bit) April 1st... Lea is suppose to start with me but she is my injured buddy right now..Upper & Lower ouchies - we gotta get her nursed back to health quickly or I'll be solo and I dont do well that way!;-) Hope we continue to see you!

- Traci LOVES Strike Zone Kickbox & spent more $$ and ordered Barrys Bootcamp & is really really mad at Laurie for talking about it so much!
- Laurie is telling LIES about no St Patrick (unless you're Catholic of course!)
- Lea has a green beer problem! (recall the "detox" center?)
- Jeanette is so fit that her HR doesnt soar thru the roof on those mega rides anymore
- Tracy is having conversations with "little jeanette who sits on her shoulder" in Costco about dried cranberries
- Sandra has truly gone off the deep end since leaving Tony- She now finds blast mania premixes to be easy & fun
- Steph is completing her recovery week and is actually DOING it!!
- Debra is missing all the fun by being on vacation!
- Monica missed us (only took her 2 weeks!) so is back with a post X plan of action!
