......Wendy...So glad you heard from DS today! You must have been so thrilled to get a phone call from him. I think you are doing the right thing by taking it a little easy this week until you are all healed. So are you pumping out more than one pullup/chinup when you go into the bedroom...or one? Curious minds wants to know!

.......Sandra.....So glad to see your shining face today. I hope you are having a great time with the parents this week! Your "waiting" rotation looks good. How much longer does it take for you to receive your new dvds than the rest of your American counterparts?

......Traci...Thanks for the well wishes on the trip...LOL! I am strong and I will survive...even through a bunch of first graders!

....Teddygirl...Gotta just ask...what kind of "movie" did you watch with Ted last night after your sis left??? Sending {{{hugs}}} to your sick car.

.....Jeanette...You gotta stop talking about the wood and actually stack it...LOL! Hope you get some good advice from the priest on the swing...and of course, I am sure he will send a few prayers up for you, too. Can you get my marriage certificate while you are at the courthouse?? I am pretty busy...but I think, grasshopper, you may be busier than me! You are busy every day after work...and most of the time over the weekends. And you are also up way earlier than me in the morning, too.

....Laurie....Hope youngest DD is enjoying her dance class. Mine really likes hers. My DD is usually a big help when it comes to cleaning her room...although it takes her about 2 hours to do what I can do in 30 minutes, but it saves me the 30 minutes afterall! She isn't allowed to watch TV while she cleans...but she gets to listen to her CDs...so it is Hannah and the Jonas Brs...for a while on those days...LOL!

.....Lea....So glad to know that you guys are okay during the fires. Waving as you fly by to fix a smoothie!

.....Tracy...Hope you got your run in before it got to be too late! Send any thoughts you have about my back down my way. I usually don't have this problem for more than a day or 2...but I am in a bit more pain than usual. Are you able to run after the time change this fall? Or just on the weekends?

....Carol....Glad you are enjoying the new dvds. I am hoping to do the KB tomorrow...with the legs. Sorry to hear you mom is a bit of a drama queen. I hope you are feeling more mentally online today. Take care.

Hi all,
Had a busy morning at work, then left to play golf with the prison priest. Hardly a word of advice from him today...his game was sooooo bad I think he would have been embarrassed to give any tips to me. We had to keep looking for his ball over and over again. He was a good sport though, and never let it get him down. The weather was wonderful and we both had a very good time. This week's weather should be very, very nice here. Looking forward to my 1/2 day off in the morning (carpet cleaning man is coming), work for a few hours, then golf class. Oh, by the way, I never got to get the marriage certificate as the County Recorder's office closes at 3:00 p.m. each day. How accessible to the public is that? I did, however, stack the rest of the wood that was split and waiting for me. We still have a big stack of unsplit wood to get done.

Nicole, sending good vibes and prayers out to you that the winds will settle down soon. Hoping that your neighborhood is not affected. That is one of the down sides to living out in the country for me, the threat of wildfire. Hang in there. Hoping your back is better today, though I'm sure that's not as pressing a concern. Breaks my heart to think of homes lost, also the animals. My SIL and DD lost over 100 head of cattle in this last fire that started Labor Day. So sad.

Anointed, I am such a sissy, I can't watch scary movies at all. I'm sure I'd find Hostel way too disturbing. Heck, I could hardly stand to see Silence of the Lambs or Cape Fear. See what a wannie I am? Like Debra I want to know what the movie was that you put on AFTER your sister left ;-)

Traci, I've had dreams before where I thought my front teeth were all bashed in. I wake up and find my face and teeth pressed into the pillow. For Wednesday: Wistful, Wellness, Wandering, Winning, Whoop A**, Whirling, Whip It Good. Sad, isn't it?

Lea, hope you are okay, sounding a little down? Hope not and that you are just busy.

Debra, good job on the "T" words. I like apples, especially this time of year! Glad the pumpkin patch was fun. So sorry about your back though. What in the world is wrong with it? Hope you wake up with it feeling better. Please don't push it too much. Know that Tracy will be able to give some practical advice for your back. She's so in tune with her body and has learned lots from this experience. What kind of dance does your DD do? LOL, no advice from the priest this time. His game was sooooo bad. Bet if he wasn't a priest, he would have been a'cussing. I sure would have. He was bothered by some work issues before we even started. Wonder if that's why his game wasn't as good. I find that I have to relax to play better. I would have picked up your marriage certificate too, but the County people have very exclusive hours. I have to go between the hours of 1-3 in the afternoon and some tiny window in the morning.

Hi to everyone else. Hoping I get my new DVD's tomorrow.
