Morning Ladies,
Rotation: Cathe's July '07
Workout: Week 2/Day 4/MM Upper Body Premix (I will get this done today!) and a Run
So this rotation is going very slowly for me. We lost in volleyball last night. The team we played had a couple of ringers. Before the game started they where giving introductions, so ya know they never played together before. You have two guys at about 6'3" tall spiking. They where not that good though, because I was digging their spikes.
They where killing us on the dinking it over the net. x( It was good to enjoy a cold beer after that was over with. And I had a nice chat with my brother.
Well the hair appointment wasn't for me. It was for my DD's!!! Glad I took a second look in my appointment book. I let oldest DD get her hair hi-lighted. It of course looks like she has been in the sun all summer. Youngest DD just had a trim. Got out of there spending a chunk of change $$$$. I thought DH was going to have a seizure when he found out. I had to explain to him that we women need to be beautiful.
Oldest also had her eyebrows waxed. Now they are both ready for getting their pictures taken for school.
Traci, The Kimberly Spreen workout that has the KB + Combat Drills + Abs is Absolute Kickboxing isn't it? Kickbox Bootcamp is the one that she uses the step with. Or am I wrong! Sorry to hear about the TTOM. I agree with you, where has the summer gone. I can't believe that the girls will be back in school in a month.
Teddygirl, Your workout today sounds good. And the 15 laps in the pool will be a refreshing workout.

Nicole, Happy Anniversary! DH and I will be celebrating ours this month. In about 4 weeks.
