X, Sandra, and Stephanie - I was reading your comments about metabolic afterburn and for me, with p90X it is much greater than it ever has been with any of Cathe's. I did sh/ch/tri last night and I worked really hard. I felt pumped and increased all my weights and numbers of pushups. Well I don't know if I didn't eat enought today or what (it was the same as I've been eating), but by 4 I was absolutely starving. It had to be the afterburn. I ate before plyo x and was still starving afterwards. I love the deep muscular challenge and sensation that you get from a good weight workout. It is a different kind of tired, but a great feeling. Any other thoughts? It's so hard to walk that fine line between eating enough and eating too much.
