Recovery Week
KenpoX
KenpoX for the LAST time today! I actually enjoy this workout once I start it. The end is in site
I really wanted to be in fantastic shape by now but alas, I am afraid I am the same. Maybe if I could lose a few BF %'s I could see the hard work. I think all of the cardio coming up will help with that! My family is coming into town this week. My brother from Sacramento and my grandparents from Arkansas. It's gonna be a busy weekend as we are celebrating my aunts big 80th birthday. I'll just pretend it's a whole bunch of parties for mine
I hope to post but may not be as long winded as usual
Traci-X, Sounds like you will have a fun weekend sans DH
I bet the pups were so sad to see him go
Act like your on vacation while DH is gone, you deserve it! Which interval is the costume malfunction on? I must see
Oh, the things that entertain our sick bunch!LOL
By the way, how is your MIL? She must be good if DS is going fishing for the week
SandraX, ME is a fun workout! I am looking forward to it again
So you are in cahoots with Jeanette watching the Tour, huh? You're a busy, hard working girl
Miss you!
JeanetteX, Glad you are still working out with the Tour in full swing
LOL
I watch it as well because DH is glued to it. I didn't like it the first year but now that I'm getting to know the riders it's better. The bad part is, a lot of the regulars have been booted for blood doping so just when I thought I knew what was going on, I get cheated out of it
How's the weather this week? We have been blessed with mid 80's for the past two weeks. It feels much better than the high 90's!
Anointed, I was LOL picturing you chatting with your sis while doing leg presses
Glad she is an understanding sister
Way to go on 70 min. I do TM so little that more than 30 feels like an eternity. I think it's the repitition of it. Have fun with Tony for a few wekks. I do like his upper body workouts the best. I'll remember the birthday, it'll be here before you know it. I am the baby of the group. I turn 31 on Monday.
Amy, Glad you lived througha 4-night shift! Ouch, I'm cringing over your heel. 35# DB, you go girl! I thought I was pretty good for needing 25#'s. I guess I'll think twice before thinking highly of myself
LOL
Swift Amy, So glad you are still on track for graduation soon! I am getting so excited for the end. I get to do my first Cathe workout on my B-Day so I think that's a good enough present on it's own
Enjoy your day off with DD. Have a pleasant bike ride as well.
Cheryl. I'm right there with you. TTOM is coming soon and I have been a bear! I get so hungry and cranky. I never had a problem before kids, but now it seems to get worse every month. Maybe it's the stress of kids and working out and never having a break! Oh well, ignore me, I'm just rambling
Glad your running partner showed and you got some outdoor time. Enjoy the rest of your work week!
WendyX, How is your foot doing? How are you doing? I have had a bit of insomnia the past few nights so your DFIL had been in my thoughts and prayers. I hope all is going well and that you can come home soon.
Laurie, Did you enjoy the water park? Hey, we're looking forward to all the pictures including one of you when you return;-) I am going to do the Premix rotation instead and see if the excessive cardio is better for me than the excessive weights. I'll keep you updated.
Debra, How is your head today? Did you get to the chiro? I need to go for a post X adjustment too
I'm glad DD is able to be spoiled by her grandma now, what a nice change for her. It probably makes the transistion easier. Speaking of which, where are the updated house pics? I am anxious to see how DD bright room turned out and what the gold dining room looks like. Just ignore me, I just love seeing everyones updated pictures so I can be inspired
O.k, must wake up the kids and start Kenpo. See you all later,
Nicole
