EPIC POST BELOW-

Do I get to count the 2 hours it took me to write as my workout????
No wonder I woke up at 215am- The angels must have whispered "GET UP or YOU'LL NEVER GET THRU YOUR POST!!!"

Business First
The next Xer Birthday on my calendar is CHERYL on September 24th…. Is there anyone I’m missing????

Workout: : Some type of Total Body as I missed my personal workout yesterday so today I am going to get creative with Tony or maybe Turbulence Training Body Weight Workouts… We shall see!

Thanks & HUGS to each of you for the words of support for my training session last night- You guys are the BEST! I’ll just report that it took about 30 minutes before I felt transformed into Super Trainer! LOL I was finding my grove at first at felt a bit like a ‘new kid’ but then something clicked and I was in that zone that I have come to know where I was doing/saying things and thought- WHOA- That was GOOD! Where did that come from! LOL… I was WIPED OUT by the end- Channeling a Personal Trainer is not easy stuff! My client needed lots of form focus and direction- so of course I lost count MANY times of reps but soon learned that in the initial w/o we are trying to figure out weight load more than anything… I DID remember AFTER I GOT HOME that in one of the SuperSets for shoulders I totally forgot to have her do the “super” part of the set…I cracked myself up with that one! Anyway- after all was said and done I LOVE my new chosen field!! I DO need to find some sort of device to assist me in carrying dumbbells etc… to homes. Some clients will have all we need but this client has nothing – that in & of itself was a w/o for me since she lives upstairs! LOLOLOL – She’ll be my Wednesday PM client for the next several weeks…YEA!!!

[i ]AMY[/i]
So details needed on the big birthday yesterday! Was Dave an angel or a devil? Did you do FUN stuff or same ole-same ole….. XXOOXOXO

[i ]DebraX:[/i]
LOL on being massaged and thinking of Xer Postings! Gotta LOVE how we are all in each others heads!!! On Legs/Cardio- My HR always gets & stays in the fat zone with Leg work… That’s probably the only reason I do it – just an excuse to NOT have to jump around! LOL I am so happy for DD settling nicely into her new little world… She has the Social Director Queen for a mom so OF COURSE she does well. When I was demonstrating for client last night my booty yelped out loud a few times! Anita asked me about it so I had to tell he it was from SUNDAYS w/o- she said “ Oh I don’t want to do that workout!” LOLOL Hope that chair showed(s) up! I LOVE new furniture!!!

[i ]JEANETTE-X[/i]:
ROF re: Volume #7, almost made me cry in parts… Too FUNNY! Actually your entire post last night had an air of humor to it! Was it the chemicals you used to clean the toilets? Such a good hostess cleaning before guests… Depending on the guest I sometimes opt to clean AFTER they leave! LOLOL Have a FABULOUS time with sis! Makes me homesick for the one I am close with. I expect we wont see you this weekend- {{{{{FUN TIMES}}}} I caught that you are taking some golf lessons? That’s FABULOUS! Great SSC as well- just what you need more cardio right? LOL- If you fall in love with the game I will have DH come out and play your beautiful Northern CA courses with you!!!

[i ]CHERYL[/i]
WHOA GIRL!!!!!!!! That is a KILLER S*H*I*T*!!!!! I want a spinning bike now! LOL- I know you could adapt it to any w/o but how FUN & UNIQUE doing it on a bike! I wonder if I found open rode if I could do it on my Walmart bike without toppling over? AWESOME! ~ CONGRATS on turning the corner with eating again- feels good to be back in control and seeing results! GREAT JOB!!!! Hope ttom isn’t playing havoc with your life today… Gosh I don’t like the feeling …. I wonder if it really is a gift from above for women to take a few down days every month? See how we fail to see the good we are handed sometimes?

[i ]NICOLE-X[/i]:
Thanks for the reminder on splitting Floor/Standing legs- Last year I did that every week and did see my thunder thighs tone done… I agree- its just too much to ask to give floor my all after my legs are screaming! I shall go re-work my rotation and throw in some floor days for good measure! ~ Funny on the late dinners- ME TOO! I actually cut FAMILY dining off at 6pm… I’ll sit with him while he eats but I just CANT eat that late- I think its because we go to bed so early. Thanks for PIC reminder!!! 4 days before ttom- my timing STINKS! I’ll get them done but think I shall be re-taking my lean week! LOL

[i ]TRACY-X[/i]
LOL on your Interesting Veggie Soup! Sounds like something I’d make!!! DH always eats what I concoct but I do hear that word a lot! I LOVE Zone bars- they as do all bars cause me great cravings… My body/mind reacts strongly to sugar taste as does yours… I’m just a lost cause for EVER being able to enjoy sugar in moderation…*ho hum* On my protein intake- I eat 4-6 x a day & eat 4-6 oz each meal depending on hunger level… I haven’t used my All Protein Shakes in awhile but that’s only because of the “sweet” thing again but it really is the easiest way to get in an extra dose- I read that using drinking one as PM Snack is good because it helps the muscles recovery process during sleep- I haven’t tried that yet tho. I am doing really well with Fish/Eggs/Whites/Tuna (canned) as my only source… I had a small piece of DH’s fajita meat the other night and I swear I am still digesting it today! ~ On your work- I can only imagine the challenges… I am in awe of people who have work that is for the greater good. You are such a God-send to so many Trac- I know at times it feels thankless but you just have to know what a diff you are making in these childrens lives. Blessings to you for your work! ~ You KILL me with your :I was so tired so-30 minutes SS on the elliptical and then CTX upper split… GOOD LORDY! I can only DREAM of being so tired I can whip that w/o out!

[i ]SANDRA-X[/i]
I am so glad you are still loving Yoga- I think my biggest issue (too many to list) is that I STILL don’t know how to do it often enough to reap all benefits… I NEED all my other components – LOL I just cant bring myself to do the 45-60minutes that it takes for me to feel a difference. I’ll figure it out tho as I do LOVE the Yoga DVDs I have now. I am SOOOOOO EXCITED about new series! It will ship soon and those should arrive just about the time my new Oh My Bod outfits arrive…. I doubt I’ll “match the girls” but it will be nice having Xmas in September! I’m ready to drop whatever I’m doing and dig right in! I have already made a 5 week rotation using the new series and all the premixes! So glad you had a nice outdoors day yesterday!

[i ]WENDY-X[/i]
Ok I admit it- I didn’t read one word of your epic post to Carol! If you threw in anything I need to know to make me a better human being PLEEEZE re-direct me! I agree we are cloned wives- except I cant throw the “I was in labor for X years with YOUR children” *hands on hips* ~ I read damp & cold and think you must live a ba-zillion miles away from Texas! Its so hot & humid- heat will continue but we should be seeing humidity levels decline a bit fro here thru October. I sure hope you aren’t challenging that foot too much- its been awhile now I think… Maybe stepping isn’t the best course of rehab?!

[i ]TEDDYGIRL[/i]
ANXIOUS to hear how all we Xers can become millionaires without any out of pocket expense! TELL TELL TELL! I tend to be like Jeanette- Buy High- sell Low----- Finances are NOT my forte’.On CC- I agree with the Xer who said to use them while walking! I do that many times just to stay motivated on what I consider “boring” time. Whats with the 40#s in a w/o? Ya trying to make us look bad? Did AMY promise you extra cupcakes if you lifted like she does???? Thank you for such kind words about training yesterday. You made me tear up! STOP THAT its PMS week! {{{{{{{{{{{TG}}}}}}}}}}}

[i ]LAURIE-X[/i]
WOOHOO on ending your V-Ball season with a bang! I trust no sand in private areas this time? What will you do with all your free nights now? ROFL about boat/more fish!!!! OMG I WISH I HAD ASKED THAT!!!!! ROFL
Funny about the client/friend…. I am so good at public speaking, giving workshops to strangers of 100+ etc… But I was SO nervous last night. Its like your friends know your “Social Personality” and you know we all have our “Business Personality” … Anita was GREAT tho- She’s like me- We are here to do a job so lets not waste any of our time. She was /is FOCUSED- EAGER to learn and HONEST about how her body feels… A PEWRFECT first client for me to hone my skills. GREA choice on RTTC for ME sub- I never think of my Jari’s – good good choice.

[i ]JENN[/i]
LOL on WAWA- All I could think of was a child saying water….Hope your KILLER cardio did the trick in kicking away the germs!!!! I can tell you are chomping at the bits to get back to “normal”.

[i ]CAROL[/i]
Kudos for PM w/o’s this week- If mine aren’t done between 2am – noon it just doesn’t seem to happen every day. I WISH I were ordering the strength of Tracey Staehl’s series… I just cant do it right now- I expect to have to invest in Tonys newest stuff soon so I made an agreement with myself that Cathe & Tony would be my only purchases until 2008. I will be curious to hear reviews tho… I will probably be wealthy in 2008 so I can buy then! LOL

[i ]Swifty-X[/i]
Oh great- another SuperMom Xer! I thank my stars I’m not a mom – I would feel like a miserable failure up against you ladies! Shoot me some frozen cake layers PLEEZE!!!! Round 2???? ARE YOU NUTS!?

OK- I'm D-O-N-E-!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi all,

I don't have too much time this morning. The alarm didn't go off and Dh just happened to wake me up 30 minutes late.

DH said last night that if I'm going to continue to workout I need to gain some weight because I'm looking too vascular. I know I'm probably not eating enough.

Yesterday was the extra butt/leg workout and then I attempted a run. I didn't feel that bad and the dogs needed to get out. Well, the leg work went OK. I'm trying to go pretty heavy. Yes Sandra, it does take just about 30 minutes, and I did the floorwork again:) The run was an abortion. My legs and butt were so tight that every step was an extreme effort. I'm so hard headed I kept plugging along and ran about 3-3.5 miles then called it quits. I walked out the last 3/4 mile and stretched along the way. I have never been so sore/tired and I'm not sure if that is good or bad. No yoga last night, my upper body is still fried from the upper body work twice in three days.

Today is some kickboxing. I think the rotation calls for Cardio Kicks, but I think that I'm going to do CTX kickbox, then the upper drills from Cardio Kicks and then yoga for sure.

Traci - Glad the session went well. I knew you would do a great job.

Jeanette - Congratulations on getting the bathrooms cleaned. Mine always need work, and I hate that job. Your house sounds like mine. We have all sorts of misc truck parts hidden everywhere;axels, wheels, engines, old spare parts cars etc. We also have the same mentality going; they may need it sometime.

I hope everyone has a great day. Sorry to ramble so much with the mostly me post.

Tracy

Just a super quick "drive-by" before heading out the door....I agreed to meet with some of the "girls" from work for a run/walk.....forgetting at the time that I would have to be getting up at O-dark-thirty to get therex( x( x( :7 You know me and my mornings....oh wait....I don't DO mornings!!! Anyway, I'm off to do that and I may hit the gym afterwards to work off some of the super yummy Chocolate Macadamia Nut Torte served with gooey fudge sauce, ice cream and whipped cream!!! I would have added the fresh raspberry sauce, but Dave stole all of it!!!:7

Wow, where is everyone? Yesterday when I got on at the same time, there were already 11 posts!

Anyway, today's workout was Pyramid Upper Body, up only premix (without abs) and then about 20 minutes of Christi Taylor's Solid Gold Cardio.

My sister's family arrived late last night. I have to work all week so will do my visiting in the evening. Also have to study with a friend for an upcoming test right after work. Oh, it's been busy.

Traci, I just knew the session would go really well for you. Bet your client never even knew you left anything out, her mind was probably trying to absorb info and such. Do you have other clients scheduled? Maybe some type of a cart system for moving dumbbells around? Yes, I'm looking forward to the college golf sessions. They will be 2 days a week (after work) and will only last for a couple of months. I figure that amount of time should allow me explore whether I want to pursue this sport or not. Plus, it's cheap.

Tracy, I love the vascular look. My veins are so hidden underneath, except in my hands and feet, where they resemble ropes sometimes. How about I do the eating for you? No problem on this end. Feels good getting the bathroom cleaned. Some day I think I will put tile in that bathroom as I have old fiberglass and it's tough to clean.

Amy, enjoy your run/walk with your friends. Your dessert last night had me licking my chops. Hope you had a great birthday!

Hi to everyone else,

Jeanette

Morning Xers,

Workout: PS Legs & Abs plus 20 Min. Run

My oldest DD was tentative about working out yesterday, but ended up by my side. She used my 2# weights. She didn't like Jari Love at all. Her words where something like "doesn't she smile". I didn't do the Ripped to the Core, instead I did the Slim & Lean workout. I wasn't up for the compound moves. The music in this one is the same as the CTX series isn't it? :D It wasn't loud enough for me to worry about, but I noticed it. It was a good workout and I do have DOMS this morning.

Another night of constant rain. And we are suppose to get more of it in the next two days. The weekend is suppose to be sunny. And this rain isn't coming down light and gentle, it is gushing out of the clouds at times. Oldest DD only got one portion of the yard mowed before she called it on a count of rain.

There was a runner here in Milwaukee that was training for the Olympics, she was hit by a car yesterday. She is in the hospital with a broken neck and jaw, but is still alive. Her mother was on the news and said that she is a tough girl. I would say she is tough! That is the one thing that I don't like about running outside. I swear some drivers would love for me to get hit by their car. I have actually moved into a ditch or stopped running because of some cars. x(

Traci, So glad your first training session went so well, and that you could laugh at the fact that you forgot the superset. Do you have those dumbbells that are adjustable? I can't even imagine what you have to lug to your clients place. :)

Amy, Oh that dessert sounds like it tasted super yummy! :9 Had to LOL at you DH taking all the Raspberry sauce. :) Have fun with your run/walk.

Tracy, Your legs sound like they are super tired. :) I have had those moments also. I take it you are not a big fan of Cardio Kicks? That isn't one that I pull out very often. CTX has a lot of those power scissors, think your legs can take all the torture? :D

Sandra, I was thinking about Ratatouille last night, and realized that I didn't answer your question about waiting for the DVD. Well I say wait for the DVD. It is a cute movie, but I wouldn't spend the $ on seeing it in the theater. It is almost at the end of its run anyway. They had it in the tiny theater where we live, so that means it is almost out.

Jeanette, Your thinking about another tile project. :) At least it is a spare bathroom right? It is torture to be without a bathroom when you are doing a project. But right now you sound like a busy woman. Have fun visiting with your sister. And yes it was fun to have DD working out with me. She had really good form also. I was so proud. I had to point out to her at one point that Jari was not doing the Plie Squats right. Her knees where going out to far.

Debra, I am happy that volleyball is over with. I don't have anything planned for the fall, because of oldest DD having Xcountry. She actually has her first Xcountry meet today, but I'm not able to get there. Hope they don't have to run in the rain.

Sandra, I didn't get in any Yoga yesterday. When we finished the Jari workout yesterday (I say we, because youngest also decided that she would join us in the stretching :D ), a thunder storm had moved in and I was running around turning TV and computer off. After that it was fill the empty tummies. :9

Nicole, Your rotation looks good. None of them are very long either. Had to LOL at the XXXer. I think that DD would really get a lot out of doing a round of the X with me. Since Xcountry is done as of Oct. she will not be doing anything until track starts in March. I will work on that one and see if she is up for it. Thanks for the idea.

Wendy, Volleyball started in June and finished this week. We where lucky and didn't have any of our games rained out. Otherwise we would be playing longer. Isn't it funny how the printer ink is so expensive. x( Hope that foot of your starts getting better soon.

Carol, I'm a KB nut, it is my favorite workout. Haven't been doing it lately, because my knee has been acting up. I have been thinking it is from volleyball and running around in the sand. Because that is when the knee hurts the worst. We will see how it goes now that I am done with that. I did like last Tracey KB, but I have to do that one more often. Some of the combos make my head spin. :) That HIIT workout looks great. Traci is right I could use that on my treadmill no problem. Thanks!

Have a great day!

Laurie

Good Morning Ladies,

I'm off to take dds to art lessons. Didn't do step. My foot has been annoying me since I've been wearing slippers around the house and cute shoes (read high heels) when out and about. Art teacher's wife is a nurse. She says that I probably broke one of the little bones and need the lateral support of sneakers. Yeah, like I'm going to give up my heels! It should take 8 weeks to heal. It's been 7 weeks? Close to 8 weeks.

I was planning on going to yoga tonight, but my shoulders are sore already! Also, I can't bear the thought of holding poses while standing on one foot. If the weather is nice, maybe I'll go for a bike ride when Phil gets home.

Okay, time's up!

BBL for personals.
Wendy

Oooooh, Amy's b-day dessert is making my mouth water. YUM!!! :)

Traci - yes, you can do the S.H.I.T. routine on a regular bike - just find a small hill that takes you about 45-60 seconds to get up using all the form pointers and all-out effort and go up and down it 10 times (making sure to get a 1 minute recovery inbetween) for your intervals.

It makes IMAX 3 look like a cakewalk.

Speaking of which... this morning's workout a good one - GS Back/Shoulders/Bi's 50 minutes followed by 50 min cardio - the first 7 intervals of IMAX3 (no warm up - already warmed up) and 30 min. on the TM. Killer!

The Leanness Lifestyle coach told me my thinking needs to reverse. I think of workouts first and eating as the finish-off. He says make eating clean the 70-80% priority and realize that exercise is the finish off. Oh, darn. But it sure seems to be working out that way. x( x( x( It's so much more fun to do Cathe workouts than to eat clean :+ :+ :+

Such is life.

Have a wonderful morning, everyone!!!

Cheryl

Morning:D

Cheryl: kick butt workout this morning. Nice work;)

Tracie: I knew everything was going to work out for you:7 Its’ what you do:7 and teaching it is the icing on the cake. Good job!

No seminar yesterday, sis was disappointed when she called me at 5pm, I was still in dentist chair just finishing up. My tooth had broken into piece doc, had to pull out his drill and get busy. At that time did not feel any pain except for pulling and pressure but hours later my head was in another zone, don’t know how many stitches but more this time. Took meds and sleeping pills still couldn't fall asleep it was after 1am, I just prayed. I decided no workout today, feeling weak, due to lack of food yesterday, I meant to eat before going to dentist, but never happen, except breakfast and lunch. The first thing I'm going to do when I get home, hot bubble bath then to bed. I will talk to you guys tomorrow, not feeling good :-( :-(

GS Chest & Triceps + SJ&P "All 4 Hi/Lo" Premix & Abs (77 min)

Looking forward to feeling the burn and jumping around all in the same day:) I've never mixed my weights and cardio so I guess we'll see how it works out this month.

Traci-X, Ok, somebody is escited this morning;) It sounds like the first training session went off without a hitch! So excited for you!!! Do remember to keep us up to date on her progress. I hope she sees a change in her body by the time it's all said and done. She better be a good eater and appreciate the free training while she's got it! I'll let you know how splitting the leg work goes. I really did put so much more into the floorwork yesterday. Hey, at least Wendell isn't buying the boat with your vacation money! Now that's something to get hot under the collar for}(

TracyX, Did you pass the thought passed DH that the stress with his little tude and FIL might have something to do with it too;) At this point I wish my DH said I was looking too thin. Hey! I'll share some of my weight with you. It's only fair and we would both be happy. Although, I can't guarantee it will be muscle}( Go easy on those workouts! I'm afraid your little butt is going to fall off in surrender:D

AmyX, Is it still your birthday? All of this talk about ooey, gooey and raspberry sauce is making me hungry:) Enjoy walking with the girls!

JeanetteX, I forgot to mention the tile work. It looks GREAT! All of your and DH hard work payed off! Enjoy the time with your sister. A ride to a lake sounds so nice right now. It feels like it's cooler today. I hope you are having the same cool down as we are:)

LaurieXX, Like I said to Wendy, "What's rain?":) You must have DD do a Cathe DVD with you. I myself didn't care for Jari Love for the same reason. Glad you had a few good last games of VB. I'm sure it will be nice to get a break for a bit. Yeah, with the boys back in school, anything longer than an hour leaves too much time for #3 to get into trouble:) So sad about that runner. The roads around me are very busy and that's why I never get out to run.

WendyX, Your darn toe is still bugging you? What a bummer:( Well at least you have all of those new trails to conquer:D Admit it, you just don't want to have Phil show you up at yoga again;)

CherylX, Goodness sake's, are you trying to kill yourself with workouts? What a workout!! Way to go ^5:D I hope you're able walk around later and function normal;) Oxygen magazine always says that about clean eating but they say 85%. Oh boy, I have my work cut out for me:p I would rather workout forever than worry about the food I'm eating. In the end I know I have to clean it up knowing I'll feel so much better if I do!

SandraX, Good morning! Hope your pff to a great start and ready to get out into the world:)

SwiftyX, Are you off to work?

Jenn, What did you have for breakfast? It better not have been a doughnut;)

Carol, How is school going? Any of the kids cut class yet?

See the rest of you later,

Nicole

Blowing through again - It's official round 2 of the x has begun. This AM wo - Plyox.

I'm at work now and had a quick moment to say hello to all you lovelies! So much to catch up on. Humpf! wish I had more time to post.

I am trying to get the food/chores done in time for Saturday. DD is crazy with excitement. GP's took her to the shoes store for a pair of Skechers today. They will keep her for a while as I need to take care of some things. Like mowing the yard for isntance.

Today is our 11th wedding anniversary. Nothing planned. As usual, since DD's b-day is tomorrow. It will remain this way until she's what, 21 yo? He had a card for me waiting on the remote this AM. I'm lucky to have him. We had our pose-down last night for fun. He and I were both flexing to see who looks the best. It was a tie.:D

I need to breeze back out - so long for now. Shakers to all.:7

Hi! I can't believe it's Thursday already!! For me, that means GS Shoulders, and GS Legs, are done. Phew. I really, really dislike those one-legged hamstring roll-ins. I think my upper back and triceps work as hard as my hamstrings on that one. Anyway, that's three weeks of GS Legs over with. I do biceps tomorrow, then a week off of heavy lifting, then possibly start again with the SH series.

TraciX - I loved reading your post today. You sound so happy. What a thrill to have such a great experience. Have you talked to your friend today? Is she cursing you and your form pointers for giving her doms everywhere?

Happy Non-Birthday to everyone here!!! Don't eat any cake, and work your butt off. Go give $20 to charity.

I'm going to figure out how to load music from my cds, to my computer, to my ipod. If my patience survives all of this, I'll come back for more personals. I'm also going to go do some yoga: some Yoga Shakti. I have a dental appointment this afternoon, just a cleaning and check up. I hope I don't have Anointed's experience!! I hope you're feeling better by now, Teddygirl.

DebraX, JeanetteX, NicoleX, LaurieXX, WendyX, TracyX, Cheryl, SwiftAmyX, Amy, Jenn, Carol......Have a wonderful day! If I missed your name in this list, then obviously I want you to have a terrible day. ha ha. Just kidding. :* :* :*

Hi there ladies...Just flying through to say hello. I have had an emotional few days...and it just doesn't seem to be letting up. I am supposed to go and see my BFF tomorrow, and although I really want to see her, I don't feel like making the drive. I know I will be glad to be there once it is over. I'm hoping we have good weather so I can lay out at the beach for a while.

Let's see....no workout yet today. I am planning on doing yoga later. I have been trying to get in my workouts while DD is in school, but I haven't gotten the whole routine down yet. And after saying I didn't have many DOMS from my SH shoulders yesterday, they really kicked in last night and this morning. Yowza!!

My chair never arrived yesterday...that is one of the things on my to do list today...call and get my darn chair!!

I will try to check back in later this afternoon to catch up with some personals....having a hard time concentrating today, though. If for some reason I do not make it back, I will see you guys on Monday afternoon after a weekend of girl talk!

love and kisses!
Debra

DebraX, Now I was horrid and left you out of my post. I guess we're even;) I do hope you get to BFF's house this weekend. You need some good girl time to pamper yourself. You will be happy that you did! DD will start to sense your overwhelmed feelings so you need to go release those. Get some good cd's to listen to and drive your heart out. We'll miss you while you're gone:(

Hi all,

I guess everyone is busy today.

I think that consistent eating is more important than consistently working out, but you have to do both to get maximum results. If you think about it, your workout results are impacted by what nutrients your body has to work with. It is hard to make muscle out of junk food. JMO. Fat and or carbs, but fat especially, is easy to consume and hard to burn off. That's why I don't subscribe to a cheat day. Maybe a cheat meal, but that's it, if you are really serious about the way you look. JMO again.

I've upped my protein intake and I felt better today. I did CTX Kickbox, and I was OK with the power scissors, then the drills from Cardio Kicks, then yoga, and I did several knee pull ins - pike combos on the ball.

Off to cook dinner,

Have a great evening.

Tracy

I made it back for personals!

1st day of TTOM: check
3 loads of laundry: check
sheets changed: check
dusted bedrooms: check
cleaned upstairs bathroom: check
10 mile ride: check
Talked to a stranger: check, check, check

I met another biker on the bridge. He's been biking for over 25 years. He suggested that I ditch the seat for a smaller one, put toe straps on my pedals, ditch the clothes for Lycra (Yikes), buy biking shoes and a helmet (I know!). He said for less than $80.00, I could trick my bike out for a longer, comfortable, faster ride. I'm game. My MIL sent me a check for my birthday, so looks like I'm going shopping soon! :)

Traci-X: Amy-X's dd's b-day is tomorrow! They're celebrating on Saturday I believe. She made a three layer cake!:9 Did you dabble in TT today or play with Tony? I'm so happy you're first day went so well! At your next appointment, just tell her how impressed you are with her progress that you're adding on a superset of shoulder work.:7 I have no dumbbell transport suggestion. Dd's harp weighs a lot. We usually borrow her teacher's harp cart when we have to move it long distances or up/down stairs. It looks sort of like a dolly with straps. Maybe, Wendell can rig you up a cart onto a heavy duty dolly. LOL... no need to read any of my homeschool posts to Carol. You are a fine writer! I should farm out writing class to you and Sandra!:) My foot is a finicky appendage! It will go for days and not make a peep. Then all of a sudden for no particular reason, I feel it's presence. I think it has to do with what shoes I'm wearing more than what I do/don't do.

Tracy-X: How do you feel about the way your body looks? I thought a veiny look was a good thing. Do you think you should gain more weight? If so, what's your game plan? Less cardio, same diet with increased intake? We struggled for years trying to get the twins to gain weight. They have the junkiest diet. Do you know how I finally got them to gain a little? By eating 6 smaller meals of clean, well-balanced, homecooked meals. LOLOLOL Their doctors wanted to know what I did. I told them I stopped buying and preparing processed foods. Go figure. Don't apologize for the mostly me ramble! That would mean I would have to apologize ALL the time!:7 That's not going to happen! My posts are long enough as it is!:p ;)

Amy: LOL on having to wake up at 0-dark-thirty! Was it worth it in the end? Whenever I have to wake up early, I hate it. But, I get so much more accomplished! Your torte sounds delicious!!!:9

Jeanette-X: I'm always talking about you when the conversation turns to biking! I'll mention that I have a friend who does those century rides. LOL When I was talking to the stranger today, he told me of a bike sale that's held once a year in Trexlertown, PA. He said that I could find a 2 year old bike worth $2,500 for around $500. Apparently, area dealers and all the bike clubs get together for a year end and used bike sale. I might check it out this year. I doubt I'll buy a road bike this fall. Maybe, next year I'll look into getting a decent used bike. There's too much for me to learn before I buy any road bike. Glad your sister made it back from gambling safely. Phil loves to gamble in Atlantic City. His mom watched the girls during the RT so he could go by himself. He ended up winning a few hundred bucks. What type of test are you having to take?

Laurie-XX: Tell dd I'm not a big fan of Jari either. I only have S&L. I like the workout, but her tone of voice grates me. Why don't you have dd heavy up her weights using Cathe? Maybe, she'll like her better. What a shame about the runner!!! Something similar happened to Joni Eareckson Tada. She broke her neck and became paralyzed. Her faith, story and life is inspiring.

Cheryl: You hit the nail on the head. Cathe is more fun and easier to do than eating clean!:7 S.H.I.T. does look like a killer HIIT! I don't foresee myself tackling that challenge anytime soon. For one, I'm too lazy to find a hill!:+

Teddygirl: I hope you feel better in the morning! Will this be all the dental work you'll need for now?

Nicole: How do you like working weights and cardio together? No, no, it's Jeanette who hurt her toe. LOL I'm the dummy who dropped the Fluidity Barre on my foot. I haven't used it since. I think it's going on Craigs List!!!! It's not Phil who I'm worried about showing me up. It's the 6 month pregnant lady who looks like she's carrying twins!;-) I doubt Phil will go to another yoga class with me this year. He only went since it was my birthday. I'm glad I opted to ride instead of Yoga with it being Day 1 of TTOM.

Amy, Amy, Amy-X: I don't know how you're going to be able to improve your body with another round! It's already buff to begin with! But, don't listen to me. Do another round of the X. Be perfect!:p Happy Anniversary!!!! LOL on not having any plans. At least, y'all remembered!!!!! A pose off! I don't think y'all are unbiased enough to decided if it was a tie. Post pictures, we'll tell you and dh the brutally honest truth!:7 :7 :7

Sandra-X: What endurance weight work will you be doing next week? I vote for ME. I hate that one!:p Oh, I miss the days when you were subbing Tony for Cathe and telling me it was harder. I want Tony back! Cathe's endurance kills me!!!

Debra-X: I hope you make it to see your BFF, even if that means you'll be MIA here. It should do you some good to have girlfriend time. When I divorced my ex, my closest gf at the time withdrew from me. I think she thought it was contagious! You're blessed to be surrounded with supportive people during this time! We're here too if you ever need us! Although, I doubt we can do anything about the chair! You're on your own with that one!:7

Tracy-X: I see you've come back. Thanks for making wish I didn't eat a ton of guacamole dip with pita chips last night. PMS hit me hard!

Well, Ladies: I'll try to post early in the morning. My gf and I are taking our kids to Crystal Caverns tomorrow. I think I'll count it as a field trip and use it towards my 180 days. Maybe, I can rustle up some books pertaining to cave formations tonight. We are studying earth science this year. ;-) Gotta go google directions.

Have a sweet filled, peaceful, 911-less night.
Sweet Dreams!

I almost forgot Jenn and Carol.

Where are my Xers-To-Be today???

Jenn, hope you're feeling good today!

Carol, If you decide you want my extra copy of Ancient History Based Writing Lessons, you're more than welcome to have it. Even if you decide not to use it, you can get a good gist of IEW from looking through the lessons.

Okay, off I go to google.
