Hi all,
Today I ended up doing MIS upper only and HSC upper only doing each body part in succession and adding in 2 sets of pull ups (assisted wide grip) and 2 sets of chin ups (barely assisted, but didn't want to strain forearm) and a few extra pushups. That is a nice combination because MIS is fairly traditional, but HSC isn't, so it provides good variety. I went as heavy as I could and at times, it was hard to watch Cathe continue on when I did fewer reps. It worked though and my arms were pumped by the end. I decided against the yoga today. I don't want to stress my forearm any more today.
Nicole - Sorry about DS. When my kids were small, it seemed like no matter how hard I tried, sh^% happened. One went down the steps in his walker. That was scary. It doesn't get any better as they get older either. Concusions really aren't that bad, it's when they get multiple ones that it can be a problem. I told DS, one more this year, and no more biking. He was out last night trying to do back flips on his bicycle. He came in all covered with dirt and mulch. Sometimes I wonder what he is thinking, he leaves for Aspen for a bike race on Thursday.
Traci - Great job on getting the space cleaned up. I could never share any space that involved papers with DH. His ADHD would drive me nuts. I do all of the paperwork here, personal and business. It's better that way. I think a change in workouts will probably do you good. It always does me good. When do you go on vacation?
Sandra - I hope the kids enjoy the library. I was a bad Mom. We rarely went to the library and the kids pretty much hate to read. I'm sure there is some connection.
Swifty- Check in when you can. It's always good to hear from you.
Off to fix dinner and shower.
