X Team- Time Tickin Away Tuesday

BIL Update: Jim had 2 stints put in tonight... 1 artery was 98% blocked... apparently he has been walking around for THREE WEEKS with pains & numbness.... MEN! He is very very blessed.... He is staying in the Houston Hospital til tomorrow night & then gets released for a week of bedrest.... Not sure if the Breazeale Xmas Party is still a go or not for Saturday.....Thank you again ladies for all the moral & spiritual support - You are just THE BEST!

Debra: Happy Day on yoga! That'll get you in the L mood! ;-) I think the L part would be the absolute hardest part of dating again! At some point in life we learn to L ALL PEOPLE dont we???:7 Is that deserving of a verbal L????:+ Oh yes.... be leery of wine when discussing as vino makes you do a proverbial thump on your haed the next day! :+ Can ya tell I'm having so much fun with this???? :* Hug kitty kat for me... Decembers been tough on all the critters!!!!!

Tracy: NO NO NO- Do not take on any responsibility for my irrational rants .... It wasnt anything in particular that set me off except no sleep- high stress level and overall sick of it all attitude! I dont want you to think for a second you cant voice your honest views about anything! :* ~~ I so envy your partnership in fitness with your son.... what a wonderful thing to share at an age they are normally pulling away... enjoy every moment.

Whoever *ahem-Debra* said we could have mini X contests during our Xer Gathering is INSANE! I shall play Tonys part.... do 1 rep then check on the kids!:D :D :D

Heading to bed... I whipped my clients butt and thus my own- how is it I get just as tired training as I do "Doing" ???:7

Another crazy night at Gingerbread Central! DH has gone off to the store for more supplies and I am supposed to work on it and make dinner while he's gone. You can see I'm procrastinating:D We're putting the roof on tonight and than the fun decorating starts:D

Traci-X, Glad your BIL is going to be ok. I'll keep him and the family in my prayers:*:*

Debra, Have fun with CB! I can't believe it's been four months already.

Tracy, Have fun studying! What will be the end result of all this work?

Sandra, Did you get your computer figured out?

Carol, Get better soon girl! Way to get the workout in regardless:D

Jeanette, It's ok, you don't have to be as strict, it's our second time around;)

Laurie, Stay warm and be careful driving in that weather!

Teddygirl, Hope you still have enough money to get yourself something special too;)

Missed chatting with you all today but tomorrow I'll be home and DH will be off to work:D

Hi all,

I usually start reading from the bottom up when I start late and I caught Traci's post to Debra about the L word. I'm like the L word? What L word? That L word?

Debra - Good Lordy! You were just commenting on him addressing you as his GF and now the L word? Am I assuming that was a shock? OOOOooooo that sounds serious:) Sorry, I couldn't help having a little fun with that. I wish you all the best if that is what you are looking for.

I read everyone elses' posts, but I'm sorry, nothing trumps the L word. I need to use some self control, in more ways than one, and go read over my notes, so I'll catch up with everyone else later:)

Tracy

Good evening,
Busy day at work. Came home to find DH looking for his keys. Seems he set them down when he came home and can't find them. We've looked and looked. Hope they pop up. I told him that sometimes a lightning bolt hits in the middle of the night and BAM, you remember where you might have set them. I did a little decorating tonite, but not much.

Laurie, sorry about the bad drive to work. I detest driving in icy conditions. I especially hate whiteouts. My hands get clenched on the wheel. For some reason, I just don't want to go forward when I can't see. How fortunate you are that your DH cracks the whip on your kids while you are at work. I think mine would sit here all day and watch TV with them on a bad weather day. Good job on your dive bombers. I don't have to do those for a little while with the Lean Rotation. I've been in denial and haven't looked at the rotation lately. Just doing Phase 1 3X, then recovery. I'll look after that. I guess slow weight loss is good, at least it's in the right direction. Long gone are the days when I could drop 5# pretty easily. I have to fight for every pound.

Latrese, I'm in my PJ's now, but haven't done abs. Will do them tomorrow night. I have a bike spin session scheduled if the quiet bike trainer is available for me. The fellas don't want my noisy wind trainer. They can't hear the coach on the TV over the hurricane noise of my trainer.

Sandra, good going on doing Drill Max. I'm probably going to be subbing every other week for my cardio/yoga just to make this less dreadful. Sorry about the computer problems. I use Mozilla Firefox and it works well. Think someone else suggested that instead of using Safari. I don't have a Mac though. What other natural diuretics are there? I'm not a fan of watermelon at all, can't stand the texture, kind of mushy to me. Today I'm feeling leaner and less puffy as TTOM is in my rear view mirror. I'm trying to stay away from salty stuff too. I love my hot cereal every morning. Don't want to drop it if I don't have to. I had scared myself for a minute there. Can you please send the recipe for the peanut butter cheesecake brownies. I'm thinking that would be a nice little treat during Christmas. I promise I won't make them before that. Please?

Nicole, glad you are feeling leaner this rotation. I remember last time you stating how you felt heavier or puffier or something during your round. I'm feeling better today. Darn those hormones and TTOM feelings. I sure blew up this month. Hate it. I'm concentrating on drinking more water and it's helping. Are you up to your elbows in icing for the GB? Sounds like a fun project with your DH. My DH would probably just drink a beer and come into the room once in a while to check my progress.

Traci, hope you slipped in some naps today to make up for the sleep deprivation. How is your BIL doing? Is there heart disease in the family? Good that Wendell is not too far away. Jim is very, very blessed to still be with you. That blockage sounds terrible. I'm interested in any info on the hormones that you may send me. Have you discovered the secret to keeping it at bay? I need to put Harry Met Sally on my Netflix queue. Bad news about the phone service. You have really been hit in that department lately, huh?

Debra, your 70 degree weather is making me so jealous. We have been having highs in the 30's. I'll be playing golf on Friday morning with Tony the PP. I'll have to wear my long johns, maybe bring a flask of peppermint schnapps (just kidding). Oh to be BBQing again. I'm not good at scary movies. Which ones did you watch? Did he drop the "L" word again with you? Will that make you uncomfortable? When I walked today on the track at work, I had some motivating music on and started to think about how good I feel when I'm riding my bike and competing. Starting to look forward to next year's biking events. When will you get the results on your kitty? Hope she is purring up a storm. Enjoy your yoga class tomorrow.

Tracy, awesome run for you and your DS. I envy you spending time with him. My DS called tonite. He is surprising his girlfriend with a 4-wheeler, Suzuki King Quad. He'll pick it up on Saturday and keep it in our shop until Christmas. He's so excited, probably wants to ride it himself!

Hmmmm... I just went out on the deck and found the lost keys. DH swears that he looked there and didn't see them. Yes, like someone stole them and then brought them back?

Night, night.

Jeanette
