Hey girls!
Happy Friday the 13th!
Laura :: I'll bet you get lucky on those nickel slots today!!
Angie :: I’ve been checking out the blog pics and comments, too…When I saw LIS billed as a “challenging, fun low impact step routine,” I sort of it banked on it having fancy footwork, which means I won’t be doing it.
But I suppose that’s what a lot of folks love. I would imagine she’ll put some fresh moves into it…Laughed about the phone calls when you try to sleep in. Yep, that’s what happens to me. No one will call me -- until I try to take a nap…I like all those smells you listed, too. Pipes remind me of my Opa. Chimney smoke is nice, too…I’ve always wondered, too, about the folks on these boards (there are quite a few) who manage to workout during lunch. How do they do it? It’s impressive to me. I know it wouldn’t have been possible in my old office.
Diana :: awesome about the noticeable changes!! Your workouts have sounded especially intense lately…I am at the same point as you w/ the scale…I understand weight can be misleading, but I know it needs to come down *some* from what it is…Oh yes, I am a disorganized person. I have to fight to stay on top of things. All that color-coding stuff, as corny as it sounds, does actually help.
Wendy :: Whenever I let yoga slip for awhile and then I do it, I always think to myself Why am I neglecting this? I definitely feel better when yoga is a regular part of my routine…it is working out well for me to do it on my rest days and as an add-on when possible…For now, I’m mostly sticking to gentle, flexibility-oriented yoga rather than power yoga.
I’ve got DOMS deep in the glute from yesterday, so Leaner Legs and the run this morning should make it hurt so good!!! }( Oh yeah!!
Have a great day, ladies! BBL...
