Hi Girls.

Since I never did my weights/abs y'day I'll be doing them this morning before work. I'm also taking the 4:30 Groove class at the gym so that'll be a fun little added cardio bonus for me today. Tmrw night my BMF and I will FINALLY start taking the salsa lessons we paid for MONTHS ago but haven't gotten to go to yet!:)

I was seriously considering ordering PS and staring Cathe's November rotation next week after I finish this one but with Christmas coming, I think I'll just go ahead and put PS on Christmas list and do something else instead. I still haven't given NROL4W a shot. I'm considering alternating that weight work with the cardio of my choice. I don't think I'll finish the rotation (it's 16 weeks!*GASP!*), but it'll be something different for a little while. I'll see. I still have the rest of the week to decide...

Well I'm caught up with personals so I guess I'll BBIAB!

Okay, the DM premix is done but I ran out of time to do the KPC ab work. I'll get it done later. No worries.

Hi Ladies,

I'm heading down for Imax 3 this morning. The time seems to fly on this one.

I'm physically moved over to my old desk/and am off the phones YEAAAHH!! I should have some more flexibility in my schedule and will be able to work from home (when needed).

Wendy-Are you going to try a 4 week NROL rotation?? I have the book but haven't done the rotation yet either. Good luck deciding what to do next.

Been MIA due to "life" in general.

No workouts Fri, Sat or Sun, but got back into my last week of the rotation with Drill Max and today I did Cardio Fusion since I don't have LIS. Whew that high step kicks some tired into me !

BBL after I catch up after 3 days!:eek: and have a chance to pop in while at work.

Enjoy the day - looks like some nice sun here though only in the 60's. Sun is good, I need the "D" it gives me. :p
 
Well, looked like a V E R Y S L O W weekend on the boards for the “X’er’s”. Good since I missed most of it! :eek: Here’s catch up from a few days . . .

Shirl – good to see you more now. Things are getting a little less time consuming I hope ! Way to work out lady ! I wish I had the energy some of you do to get to more than one per day, but not thinking that I would make it through.

Wendy – I wasn’t going to jinx you, but noticed that you are finishing a COMPLETE rotation this time. :rolleyes: Good job – I like it ‘cuz I don’t have to think, just get up, get dressed and go to my workout room. Check the list and pop in the DVD and then DONE ! LOL on the bubble gum pic. I think I remember seeing that on the OD at one time. Looks so funny !

I am pretty much thinking I’ll do the Nov rotation but work in some running vs some of the cardio. I like the GS and PS weights and they rotate weekly which works for me. I really don’t like doing the same weight work week after week. Have fun if you do NROL4W. I liked it, but it doesn’t work too well with my body. I was stronger, but I always had a sore back and got bored with the workouts. Did you start that one with us or did you do the AB or WS workout way back when?

Salsa lessons, sounds fun ! DH didn’t want to attempt it, huh?

Diana – I was a sloth right along with you this weekend, and was working on the house too! I am OK with it, but was very tired this AM when doing Cardio Fusion. Think I may have taken off too many days in a row? (I didn’t w/o on Friday as well as the w/e).

I was supposed to do Imax3 on Sun but ended up doing stuff around the house instead. Kinda missed that I didn’t do it. Hope you had fun ! Great for you on moving and being able to have more flexibility at work. That’s so nice. Wish I could work from home, but it isn’t something our company really does. And I am only 7 min from work anyway. I always think of how I’d spend my break time on the TM or pounding out some weightwork ! ;)

Laura – am hoping to be able to uncross my fingers soon – getting kinda hard to take care of stuff ya know? But really, sure hope things turn out for the better soon for DH and his company!

Sounds like loads of fun on the furry child side of things for you, huh? Hope that goes “right” here soon too ! Sounds like we all skimped a bit on the workouts ! Funny how we are all pretty much on the same page many days !

Except Shirl, whom we can count on to make up for all the rest of us, huh?

So GOOOOO T I G E R S ! ! ! The Sharks have finally lost a game (away at least) and we’ll be heading there both tonight and Thurs. Hope they continue their winning streak at home !

Angie - Safety meeting – thanks for the reminder ! I need to send one out! :p

Have fun at Cody’s Bball game – away games mean you have to cheer louder than usual since there are fewer fans ya know! Good idea rearranging your workout schedule to accommodate a rest day today. Hopefully you’ll get some shoulder work in when you get excited from all the baskets your team makes !

Well I am happy to report a few lbs. lost and a little inch-wise also. Is that enough motivation ladies? I have been tossing in a few CAB's here and there and a handful of pretzels too. Comon and jump on my wagon . . . just give up a little here and there and it will help.

Back to work . . . check in before I leave today.

Hey girls

I was busy sleeping in and cleaning today. I did get down to to IMAX2 but had to modify a bit since I'm feelin' a bit yucky. It has helped get my eats in control though, so there is a bright side to the yucks. The poor family though, I don't cook when I'm not feeling well so they've had to fend for themselves.:p PB&J's along with canned pasta and chicken nuggets have been the norm for the last 2 days.

Wendy - Groovin' and Salsa Dancing eh? Sounds like fun! Hope those abs don't rebel tomorrow. Wasn't it the Groove class that did that the last time?
LOL at the bubblegum pic - I've seen that one too and it's always good for a chuckle.:D

Diana - So glad the transition at work went smoothly. And awesome that you might get to work from home. That'd be great. I live close to work and had at one time considered moving the office to my basement, but I think there would be just too many distractions here for me. Maybe once the kids are gone I'll consider it again.

Jacque - I haven't done CF since I got it with the preorder. It is a tough, butt kickin workout for sure.
Send some of the D my way will ya? We're pretty much full into winter now.:confused: Grey skies and snow.....thankfully not much of it is sticking yet but it will soon enough.
Oh, you do safety meetings too? Ours are only about 30 minutes long but we have to do them once a month for OSHA regulations.
Glad to hear the Sharks are doing so well this year. It's so much more fun when your guys are winning.:) I only have one more race left until nascar is done until mid-Feb.:(

Hi Peeps!

I'm sorry, I have to head for bed so I'll need to catch up on personals in the morning!

Just wanted to check in so ya know I'm still alive :p and to say that I did the DM TB premix this morning and hit the Group Groove class this afternoon. KPC abs never happened but I can throw in extra ab work any ol' time!

Tmrw morning is another early work out-cardio of choice! If I can get up early enough I'll head to the gym for a run.

Off to bed with me! Good night!:)
