Gotta love Fridays girls!
Diana: My knee started giving me trouble a couple weeks ago. After last week's longish run of just over 9 miles I was VERY sore for the next couple of days even though there were only minimal tweaks of pain DURING the run. I have rested the knee all week and foam rolled it and iced it. Y'day I went out for my first run since Saturday. I ran 3 miles and faired pretty well. Hopefully I'll be okay for Sunday!
Ang: Oh the joys of being a "soccer mom"! LOL I don't know what that's like yet. Quite frankly, I dread it!
Glad you got Yoga X crossed off your list so you can do a work out you enjoy now. 
Today will either be a rest day or an upper body day. It depends on what I feel like doing when I get home from work.
