WW's Last Week of June

Um...both pieces of pie were yummy...and the chips were too....Um....in need of detox if I'm going to see a nice number on the scale come Wednesday!
 
Heading out of town to be surrounded yet again by more food!! I'm determined NOT to eat as crappy as I did yesterday! I was going to do upper body before I left, but my Powerstrike DOMS started kicking in last night, so decided on a rest day today. I do plan on doing some sort of workout tomorrow night when we get home (I'm sure it'll be one of those "just do it" moments though!)

I really dont "need" anymore workouts but I've been eyeing the PeakFit Challenge set and RushFit....hmm....

I have been having a hard time myself lately..
weighed in...127.4...well not more than my start weight but barely a movement...i'll see on wednesday (my new oficial weigh in) to get too discouraged..


I actually sort of like the peak fit cardio interval one that i got before they had a system..
On another site they have mentioned that if you have any of the 2 she started out with they actually repeat the exact same workout! so 2 are repeats.. they also mentioned that the price has dropped and that they now have free shipping if that will enable you;)

Not sure what is on board for today...we'll see later on...i am eying the shoulders and arms and some sort of cardio..:confused:
 
Hello Ladies.

Had a fantabulous weekend of gambling, eating, drinking, shopping and just having fun hanging out!:D

No work out on Saturday and on Sunday I did my own version of Body Rock's 20 min interval work out. Worked up a great sweat!:D

Got home early y'day afternoon. Had just enough time to do Athletic Step and abs from High Reps before showering, having a bite to eat and heading out to see Transformers 3 in 3D w/DH and DS. Great movie as usual! Then we picked up subs for dinner on the way home.

The party (weekend) is over now though and according to the scale this morning, I have 3 extra pounds of bloat on the bod to show for it :eek: but it was fun! :D Back to business this morning though! Let the "healing" process begin! ;)

I need to finish up STS already!!!! I have 4 more work outs to go and I just can't seem to get em done! I want to finish up by Sunday!!!! I think I will finish up the last 2 lower body work outs with Plyo legs instead of SRL. I love SRL but once again am not rested enough to feel comfortable doing it and don't want to put it off any longer so Plyo legs it is! I'm NOT looking forward to it though! :p

Guess that's all for now.

Yeah!! Party is over. Back to business.

Today will be CX disc 1 and turbofire class 55. Need to work a little extra to burn all the goodies over the weekend.

Great work out Allee! Now make it a great eating day too! ;)

Plyo Legs DONE. I forget what disc # it was but it's the 3rd out of the 4 PL routines. I used 20# DB's for most of the exercises and that felt too light often times! WOO HOO! :D In the beginning for the first few exercises I used 15# DB's and that was DEFINITELY too light so I heavied up. I went lighter when Cathe suggested it but always went a few pounds heavier then what she said she was using. Should have gone heavier still I think! Oh well-there's always next time! :)

Oh...i had english muffin and coffee for breakfast.

Lunch will be grilled chicken salad with iltalian dressing.

Snack: banana and yogurt.

Dinner??????
 
Just got back in town, now laundry and shopping time. I ate horribly but the food was soooo good. BBL....

hey girls...

great job on the plyo legs! i use 20s too and find them ok...its a big jump from 20-25 for me..

i did my last chest and back from p90x for 3-4 weeks and i followed by gym style back portion and chest portion and extra assisted chin-up..
still haven't decided on cardio...yesterday am i did plyo with the 20s and last night i did intensity step and low hiit...nice:p

Wendy: You have to get a new scale...;) keep up the recovery from the bloat

Allee: good job on the food so far today and great workout...is it fun? i have it but have never got around to it..i am addicted to the hiits...never got further than them..:(

Did Jillian's NMTZ, was a sweat fest. Then hubby wanted chinese take-out for dinner. I got soup and an egg roll, couldve been worse I suppose....we'll see how much worse at weigh-in tomorrow!

Hi Steph: safe travels!!! I like turbofire but some are very intense. I usually stick to class 55 more doable. I also have her turbo jam. Like that a lot.

Steph:: So what cardio did you decide on for later? When do you leave for Italy again??
Stacy:: I like NMTZ alot. Hard work with light weights. Love that style of training as much as heavy lifting!
Allee:: So was y'day a better food day for you? Good work out!

My azz is on fire from Plyo y'day! :eek:

This morning I did KM w/u and blasts, Paddle and Strength work from Janis Saffell's Strike Zone work out, 200 mountain climbers, 50 rock climbers (Cathe move in Plyo legs) and 50 hip lifts for lower abs. :D

Well, here goes nothin'! Fingers crossed.....!!!!

ETA:: YAY it worked this time!

hey gals
my last post before i leave on vacation...

Today official weight 127 (hopefully less or the same by the time i come back from italy)

Today i did intensity 70 min one and yesterday i skipped cardio but did p90x and cathe gym styles shoulders, arms , chest and back...pretty sore today..

have a great couple of weeks ladies and if i get some sort of coinnection i will check in:D
