Last night my hubby said he was going to our workout room in the basement to do "something". He's trying to get back into shape and right now he's just at the stage of doing anything fitness related. So, I went down with him and I did just the upper body premix from Muscle Max, using far less poundage than usual as my workouts have been non-existent lately. So that felt good that I at least did "something".
This morning I'm going with the "just do it" mantra and though I only have time for a short workout before work, I'm going to do about 20 min on the bike and then abs.
I'm really going to try to do "something" a few days a week at this point, guess it's better than nothing. I'm toying with getting up at 5am to workout but I already dont get enough sleep as it is, and being as tired as I am most days, I still dont sleep well b/c my mind cant shut itself down.
Still plugging away...
