I'm doing the STS rotation and I missed the leg workout last week
. I had a cough that just wouldn't quit and I simply couldn't get through it
. It was disc 6 of Meso 1, and just so you know, I'm doing Meso 1 twice and this was my second week. I'm supposed to start week 3 today. So should I forgive myself and move on to disc 7, or suck it up and do both disc 6 and 7 today?
