WW weigh in/check in

Good Morning ladies......
Did everyone remember to weigh in yesterday? I did but I was to busy to post anything.
I was 133.5lbs last week and this week I am 132.5lbs.So I did lose 1lb.I weighed myself earlier this week and I was 130 lbs so I think that first couple of pounds are those fluid pounds.When I get down to the 129 area I will know for sure it is fat.
I did pretty good with the point system this week.I didn't write everything down like I should have but I knew how many I was taking in.But I knew.I could still work on not eating to many sweets.Thats ny downfall.
Breaking news with me....we are going to start trying to have a baby this month.Me and my friend sat down last night and figured out when I should be ovualting and when the best time is "to do it":eek: We will see how it goes.
There seemed to be something else I wanted to post but I can;t remember what it was!Oh well,

I remember now....my pants around the waist are even feeling better and my belly pop I had is going down.I am VERY excited about this! So excited that I even forgot...go figure!:7
 
HELLO!!!! Where is everyone? Am I the only one who made it through the whole week?:p I wanted to bring this back up to the top b/c it is slowly going down and I figured it may diappear onto the next page.
Yesterday I went running with a girl who runs ALL the time and we ran 16kms.It took us about 85 min.HOw many points do you think that earned me? Not that it mattered b/c I was so tired after I couldn't lift the fork to my mouth to put anything in it.
Anyway,did I just post this for myself to read or is someone else gonna check in.

Hey Lori!
I got up and worked out at 4:30 this morning! That was a SHOCK to my body after summer vacation. Teachers report back to school this morning. I did CMAX and CTX Back and 100 reps on my ab roller. I am not going to officially start counting points this week, but I am going to eat small servings and practice moderation and lay off sweets! I will weigh on Friday morning. I'm off to get ready for work! I am so excited about the Body Blast Series. That will be so motivating to my early morning workouts! Congrats on the weight loss!:7
 
I did very well until the weekend rolled around. I am going to start the new Flex program this week. At least try. I hope to go to my local meeting tomorrow night. I heard they are telling about it tomorrow night. I have other plans, but if they fall thru, I am there. I have got to stick to this, I know I can do it. I am going to do Power Strike today. i don't know which one yet, but one of them.

Good MOrning ladies,
I am pretty sure that there was suppose to be more then just the 3 of us.I wonder...did they not see the post or maybe they didn't bother doing WW.I've through down a few things in my lifetime to!:p To be honest with you, I am not really counting my points now, but I am just eating good,clean food.I have started running alot more to.
Since Sunday I have ran 45kms.By the time I get home I am not at all interested in eating and then it is usually time to go to bed.
Last night I didn't have much of a dinner b/c I was going for a run.Then I didn't get home until 9:15p.m and I went to bed around 11.I woke up today and I hoped on the scales(cause I feel a difference)and I am now 129lbs.I think in my orignal post I was 134.5.My stomach is getting flatter but I still want to lose what is hanging on to my hips.I'm really excited b/c the weight is finally budging.I guess eating less and working out a little bit more is the answer.When you have someone to go running with to, it really makes a difference.You sort of get your push from each other.Half of the time I don't even notice what I am doing b/c I am talking.:7 Then the run is over and its been 90 min.Anyway,enough talking about me...
How is everyone else doing and where in Gods name are you????

Well, I have been here. I am here to Cathe everyday, even though I am not a big poster. I have not gotten on the scale, I will weigh on Monday morning. I went to the local WW's meeting last night and got the new program, and I absolutely loved it. I think I have finally found the program for me. I did Power Circuit yesterday, and then PLB and I fried my legs. It felt so good. Today I am going to do PUB. Have a great day.

Hello ladies,
I have lost 3 pounds in a week and a half! It is that time of the month too, so I am glad to have weighed in 3 pounds lighter. I have not watched points exclusively, but I have cut out sweets and any snacking in between meals. Teachers have gone out to lunch a lot this week too, so I am encouraged! Weight lifting must help one look more compact even at a higher weight because everyone at school told me how skinny I looked. One even said I was looking fit! Go figure! This week I will be careful to count points and plan healthy snacks to keep the hunger a way. Have a great weekend!:7
 
Good for you! Isn't it exciting.The scale is finally moving for me to.I have cut down on sweets ALOT as well.Yesterday I was craving choclate and I had half of a oreo cookie and it seemed to do the trick.I have a major sweet tooth.And I have made my meals alot smaller.I also had this horrible habit of picking after my meals.When I wasn't even hungry.I had alot of bad habits but I think I may have them undercontol now!Good luck this week.I am going out of the province so I have to try to be a really good girl.I don't want to gain back that weight in 5 days.(a little vacation)
